“I'm a frequent customer, mainly for their large iced coffee. Friends often give me gift cards fur Dunkin. Unfortunately, their food items are not good. The toasted cheese sandwiches taste rubbery and burnt on one side. and the egg and cheese croissants are hard with again rubber like eggs. Now the last two times even the iced mocha coffee tasted bad. The workers don't seem to put much effort into anything. Was happy to see this location open as it's close to home but their service and products leave much to be desired. I'll be going back to the Palos location from now on. Have never had anything to complain about at that location.“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“I always go in the afternoon around 5:30pmish and this is genuinely the best and most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. A lot of other locations you can only hope it taste remotely close but these baristas always make my drink taste absolutely spot on.“

“Man when I say I love this Dunkin’ Donuts… first off the staff are wonderful and very delightful. Adrian who I may believe is a shift lead is awesome!! He goes above and beyond to help his customers even his Uber drivers such as me.. he very dedicated and definitely has his team focus and lively.. I pass up two Dunkin’ Donuts just to have coffee from your store I thank u for wonderful service and for sure I’ll be coming back.. it’s funny how I remember the address with out looking for the store!!!!alsp Pauly or paulie is wonderful.. she stated she was feeling in for someone in this wasn’t her store but I didn’t care I still wanted her name and still want d to tell her what a job well done excuation at its best!!!!! “Very good Dunkin. Always makes a good drink. However, the traffic that backs up onto 147th St makes this not a quick stop. I'm usually nervous to stop there on my way to work due to the traffic...but when I do go, and I'm not running late...I always get good service and good coffee.“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“Most** of the employees are kind, courteous and serve the customers very well. I wanted to mention what I assume is in issue, If I asked for my receipt it is not to come back an complain as I mentioned I am served well. But I have nothing to do with why other common customers come back to complain with receipts. At times I go out of my way to another Dunkin to not be questioned as to why I want my receipt. I try to be kind to the the staff as they do prepare my orders promptly.“

“Only sad part about this spot is there's not food, only drinks. Mainly few slot machines in the back that do hit here & there.

Parking: There are plenty of spots but if not in front of the the cafe, there is additional parking on the side of the building.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp a few doors down from the entrance of the cafe.“

“I am here 2 or 3 days a week. I love both managers at this location and the other employees. They know my order by heart now. An X-Large hot coffee and a breakfast sandwich of egg and white cheddar cheese on a plain bagel. Thank you ladies.“
