“I'm a frequent customer, mainly for their large iced coffee. Friends often give me gift cards fur Dunkin. Unfortunately, their food items are not good. The toasted cheese sandwiches taste rubbery and burnt on one side. and the egg and cheese croissants are hard with again rubber like eggs. Now the last two times even the iced mocha coffee tasted bad. The workers don't seem to put much effort into anything. Was happy to see this location open as it's close to home but their service and products leave much to be desired. I'll be going back to the Palos location from now on. Have never had anything to complain about at that location.“

“Don’t let the photos fool you, these are hands down the best donuts I’ve ever had in my life. I was a little upset when my half dozen rang up to $47 (my fault for not looking at prices ahead of time) but was SO incredibly surprised by the flavor and texture of these donuts. The bakers have managed to find a way to make yeast donuts perfectly flavorful with no greasy feeling- they are light as a fluffy pillow with the slightest crisp from being fried. Honestly, to die for. Were still amazing even hours later!!“

“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“We had a bubble tea, 3 donuts and a Korean cheese stick total was right under $28. All our items were super tasty and quite different from most places. Only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 is I felt the prices were a bit high. Also, the location really is not ideal in a dying strip mall, but highly reccommend.“

“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. “I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“This is a great place to go if you are looking for a quick donut or coffee, the staff are extremely friendly every time I step in here I feel so welcomed you can be free to ask questions and they will help you out with what ever you need any new coffee or new items in the shop they will be sure to tell you about it because that is just how good this place is, I do not understand why there are some negative reviews because this place to me is like a coffee paradise. Also feel free to stop by here more because they will remember you and grow a little coffee bond. The workers in this place is like a little family I can tell that they have a good connection with one another because of how perfect they can work together. Also the hash-browns here are really good here so make sure you try those and also make sure you try the blue raspberry coolatta that is to die for. “We stopped in for a quick breakfast yesterday. We get Dunkin's avocado toast quite a bit from other stores for a quick (animal free) breakfast. We know this isn't real homemade avocado toast but at $3 a slice it's not a bad buy. This particular location in Burr Ridge hooked us up. The avocado spread was quite generous and the citrus flavor was strong. Some people may not like that but I did! We got the sun dried tomatoes with the everything seasoning. The bread was a little under toasted but not really a problem. We also got a coffee and a couple refresher drinks which were all good. It was a great little breakfast and we didn't feel like garbage afterwards.
