“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

From the start, working with the owners was seamless. We collaborated to create a progressive menu that felt completely tailored to our evening. What I appreciated most was the flexibility. There were plenty of options to choose from, and they were open to curating beyond the standard menu to bring our vision to life. The execution was next level. My Wholesome 360 entrees were restaurant quality, but with farm to table fresh ingredients-I could literally taste each of the food elements.
