They also have items marked gluten free in the cooler and the menu as well. Employees are also knowledgeable about it. I recently ordered a medium nitro cold brew that had only been filled about half way due to a setting on the machine. When I came back around, the owner was able to have it filled to the proper level and explained where this sized should typically be filled to. I felt obligated to leave a review since I never have a bad experience and it always brightens my day when I come by!“

There isn't really much of an atmosphere because it's just a drive-thru but other than that it's wonderful.“

“First of all I love Starbucks! But for the last 2 days I've went to the Fairview Heights location to get my same drink. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and for 2 days straight I've asked for light caramel drizzle because it's too sweet and extra crunch. It even says it on the label stuck to my drink, but yet it's covered in caramel and there's no extra crunch. And I know sometimes we become complacent because we're in a hurry we're making the same drink every day multiple times, but I usually have to get a spoon and scrape it out. I will even pay more next time I go, just to get what I ask for...“

“Staff is always polite and competent, even during the everyday lunchtime rush. Very few times have I been disappointed by this location. Only complaint is that they don't have knives. The grilled cheese is very big, so I ask for it to be cut in half. But that's just me. I just find it amusing that a chain restaurant does not provide its employees knives. Unless the staff does have knives, and they are simply playing a practical joke on me. So be it: 4 stars.“

“I always use the drive though and it usually moves at a faster than normal Starbucks pace unless some J.O in front of you orders some complicated bs drink. Staff is friendly but not a fan of how the drive through is designed. Idiots coming from one entrance try to cut someone who is using the drive threw off because of a design that tells people waiting in line to pretty much sit around a corner. Best advice is to ignore the lines/signs and stay bumper to bumper.“

“I don't know what is going on orders.are often wrong lately. since the new hires I order for a client simple vanilla latte. they dont come.e with whip cream and they put it on. Mostly milk not sure where we the coffee is. we also add cinnamon docle sprinkles cost extra. sometimes it's there or they put something else that reads CF. usually they are on game but sad because we may have to change locations.“

I really never paid attention when I paid but I was charged for TWO extra shots! Not the first time this has happened...before I had been charged for flavor when I don't get that. Guess I need to really start paying attention when I go to pay. It was repeated to me correctly when I ordered...but NOT how I was charged! I am a barista myself and would never pull this on my customers!“
