“I am eating a strawberry donut I bought ten minutes ago as I write this! I've been dying to stop at D&D's forever, so I brought my son today to get some donuts. The donuts are all HUGE and beautiful. She gave us free samples of the donut holes to try which my son loved. She explained every flavor and how long they keep and that we can freeze them.
These are the best donuts I've ever had!!! And I've had donuts all over Chicago. They're unbelievably soft and delicate. There is real fruit in the icing. This strawberry donut tastes like a fresh strawberry. My son had a great time and she was so kind to him. We will be back!! I want to try the massive apple fritter. 😭❤️“

“I had to do this review because of the two beautiful and professional ladies by the name of Marquita and Sabrina. Sabrina is the general manager and Marquita is the supervisor. It doesn’t matter what their titles are because they both worked as a team when I walked in there this morning. I felt like I was in the South where people speak to you and greet you. In Chicago this is a rare occurrence. I just wanted to give this review because of the service I received and I’m sure when I left the store, other customers received the same FIVE STAR service!!!“

“Very cute! Definitely a spot to hit even if you’re not taking the train. Give the French Toast Latte a try- I don’t love super sugary coffees, this was a great balance (delicious flavor but not too sweet)! And the maple coffee syrup is made in house. My husband got the banana bread cold brew- never tasted anything like it, unique and tasted exactly like banana bread in a cup! Highly recommend 😍“

“Told the guy at the drive thru on 11/22 7:20pm I like creamy and milky drinks and to make it however he thinks is good and it was delicious thank you great employees very friendly. Even if it didn’t taste good I would still be happy cause they were nice and tried their best but they made it really good“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“This location right here, 3206 West 111th is very, very special to me. I look forward to seeing these beautiful bright smiley faces to make my day every morning. They even know my order by voice, im a regular. The management is a very nice and kind gentleman, as well as the staff, they're so polite and sweet. “The best Dunkin!! It’s down the street from my house and I’m here every single morning with my mobile orders lol. They are so fast. My iced coffee is ready before I even get to the window. Will never go to another Dunkin. It’s not the same experience elsewhere. It’s so pretty from outside too. Love the landscaping and flowers.“

“I come by in the early hours of the morning and they make my coffee deliciously everytime. Once they get a bit busy it can take a little bit to get the coffee but I understand because there are only 2-3 people at a time working but still great communication and coffee!“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“Today I rolled in around lunch and was recommended the Cookie Butter Cold Brew got a large, and she DELIVERED. I haven't been drinking coffee like I used to and today's drink was wonderful. I didn't get her name but thank you to that whole noon crew. Great energy♡“

“All the staff is nice and friendly. However Tiffany is the best she take pride in her customers when me and my husband come in she starts to get our order ready she knows what we like. She always has a smile on her face. He customer service is absolutely amazing that’s why we keep coming back.“
