“This is a top tier Dunkin. Earlier this summer I was driving back from work through a heat wave with no AC when I started experiencing symptoms of heat stroke. I pulled over into their lot, darn near got sick in their lobby, and was a colossal mess in front of four or five of this Dunkin’s staff who could not have been more kind and helpful. They called paramedics at my request and were life savers to me that day.
This Dunkin is close to home and I’ve been a customer for more than a decade, back when I was in high school. They were great back then too.”

We were greeted right away by a friendly wait staff who helped us with some recommendations along with taking our order. everything we ordered was great I had the black garlic pork on the first page of the menu, one of the children had plain ramen with chicken broth and the other had a chicken ramen bowl. We all tried each others and we all agreed our own bowl was the best but they all were good. You can either make your own, à la carte and choose your ingredients or you can choose from pre-made with pictures which we did because it was our first time. we didn't have room for appetizers, but we will definitely be back to try them because they all look amazing. Everything was delicious and we had a fun time with lots of leftovers which they package up very cute and neat, they put the ramen noodles in a bowl and your broth separate so your noodles don't suck it all up by the time you eat it again.. saved it as a new favorite spot!! The kids were ecstatic and had an amazing time which is very hard to do with most restaurants. fun food for kids and great eats for adults. 10 out of 10 from the kids!”

The Italian beef was exactly what I was hoping for — perfectly dipped, with mozzarella cheese and hot giardiniera. The beef was tender, juicy, and had so much flavor. It was one of those sandwiches where you take the first bite and immediately know they did it right.
We also ordered a pizza and asked for it to be well done. I asked them to go a little heavier on the hot giardiniera and a little lighter on the green peppers. When the pizza came out, it was cooked exactly the way we wanted. The crust had that perfect crispiness from being well done, and the toppings and giardiniera gave it a really good kick without overpowering everything else. It was honestly one of the better pizzas I've had in a while.
What really stood out to me, though, was how well everything was taken care of. The people working in the lobby were very attentive, friendly, and actually communicated with us throughout the experience. You could tell they were paying attention and making sure people were being taken care of instead of just going through the motions.
The restaurant itself was also extremely clean. Everything looked well maintained, and the bathrooms were absolutely spotless. I'm not exaggerating when I say they were some of the cleanest restaurant bathrooms I've seen in a very long time. That definitely says a lot about the people who work here and how much they care about the overall experience.
We came in around lunchtime, so it was a nice, relaxed dining experience. From the food to the service to the cleanliness, everything was just really well done.

Since we live in North Carolina, I had to do all the research online. Thank heaven I came across SixtyFour Reserve Room in a Google search. The manager, Andrew, contacted me right away and was so helpful in making suggestions for our event. Cheryl, the events manager, took over in finalizing all the arrangements. There are so many different options for appetizers, meal combinations, wine, cocktails and beer! Our guests were able to choose their favorites ahead of time. Everything I had requested was in place, and Cheryl and our amazing server/bartender, Alex, immediately greeted us and made everyone feel welcome. We walked in the door of Le Chocolat du Bouchard and I saw all the pastries and truffles and gift baskets and I was in "Awe". The ladies in the chocolate shop immediately welcomed us and with smiles. My husband told them we had a reservation and they directed us to the host. The host welcomed me happy birthday and walked us up the stairs to the Bistro to our romantic candle light table in this atmosphere that I felt like I was in Paris. Landon brought us water and introduced himself immediately then he went over the menu with us and recommended perfect pairings to go with our courses. My husband and I each ordered the Citrus Fennel salad and had a glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc (that our server recommended) the salad was absolutely beautiful and tasted just as good as it looked, and the wine went great with the salad! For our second course we each ordered the beef bourguignon for our entrees and enjoyed some of our bottle off Prisoner red wine. The beef was tender, it melted in my mouth. My husband told Landon it was my birthday and Landon brought out a slice of Death By Chocolate cake (that my husband ordered and knew I would LOVE it) with Happy Birthday Hayley written on my plate and even with a candle! It made me feel very special and that the staff actually cares about their guests. We enjoyed a little more Prisoner with the cake and Landon bagged it for us so we could enjoy it at home. We had such a wonderful experience and I will recommended this place to everyone I know!”
