The server could hardly cut it and we could not cut it with out knives without a lot of muscle and sawing motions. The server did not come back to serve us our subsequent slices, as most do. Also, it was one of our guests birthday's and the server brought out a mini cookie with ice cream and whipped cream, which was nice. We noticed other tables had a cherry and a candle on top. And the noise level was really high.”

Since we live in North Carolina, I had to do all the research online. Thank heaven I came across SixtyFour Reserve Room in a Google search. The manager, Andrew, contacted me right away and was so helpful in making suggestions for our event. Cheryl, the events manager, took over in finalizing all the arrangements. There are so many different options for appetizers, meal combinations, wine, cocktails and beer! Our guests were able to choose their favorites ahead of time. When we arrived on the day of the event, we were so delighted by the venue! Everything I had requested was in place, and Cheryl and our amazing server/bartender, Alex, immediately greeted us and made everyone feel welcome. The appetizers and meals were served efficiently and right on the timeline I had planned. The food was incredibly delicious with a pleasing presentation. Our guests had so much fun with the Wine Stations, and the whiskey lovers appreciated the variety of choices. Everyone raved about how much they enjoyed the food, drink and ambiance. Best of all, I was able to relax and enjoy our guests since all the work was done by Andrew, Cheryl, Alex and the kitchen staff. The cost was very reasonable, especially so close to Chicago. We sat in their 4 season patio area, we went at 3pm and it was the perfect time to sit and enjoy each others company with out it being packed and we did not feel rushed. At night I imagine it’s much more romantic as they had lights on the ceiling with vines and lemons. Cute set up!

There’s an outside area between this place and Ruths Chris steak house. It’s a public area so no alcoholic drinks are allowed but it’s a great place to sit on a nice day - they had chairs, benches and a few Adirondack chairs

“Everyone should know about this AMAZING hidden Bistro. My husband surprised me and took me here for my birthday. We walked in the door of Le Chocolat du Bouchard and I saw all the pastries and truffles and gift baskets and I was in "Awe". The ladies in the chocolate shop immediately welcomed us and with smiles. My husband told them we had a reservation and they directed us to the host. The host welcomed me happy birthday and walked us up the stairs to the Bistro to our romantic candle light table in this atmosphere that I felt like I was in Paris. Landon brought us water and introduced himself immediately then he went over the menu with us and recommended perfect pairings to go with our courses. My husband and I each ordered the Citrus Fennel salad and had a glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc (that our server recommended) the salad was absolutely beautiful and tasted just as good as it looked, and the wine went great with the salad! For our second course we each ordered the beef bourguignon for our entrees and enjoyed some of our bottle off Prisoner red wine. The beef was tender, it melted in my mouth. My husband told Landon it was my birthday and Landon brought out a slice of Death By Chocolate cake (that my husband ordered and knew I would LOVE it) with Happy Birthday Hayley written on my plate and even with a candle! It made me feel very special and that the staff actually cares about their guests. We enjoyed a little more Prisoner with the cake and Landon bagged it for us so we could enjoy it at home. We had such a wonderful experience and I will recommended this place to everyone I know!”

We started with the crab cake, which was excellent, but could have used more sauce than the fancy smear on the plate. The cocktails were ok. We had the Cuban and the basil mojito. In short, basil does not belong in a mojito and the Cuban was good but tiny portion size. The food was hot, fresh, good quality, and tasty. Reasonable portion sizes, especially for the fish! The braised beef was tender and flavorful, the skirt steak was a nice cut, nicely cooked, and paired well with the chimichurri. The fish was fresh and flaky and the beets tender and tasty. The deserts were equally as good as the meal. Overall a good experience, but spent $240 for two people.”

The food was amazing and warm. The vodka sauce was some of the best I’ve ever had. The bread was toasty warm when brought to our table. The servers ran around endlessly filling water glasses and clearing tables of dirty dishes. Our server was busy, but checked in often and never made us feel forgotten. Drinks were delivered promptly and were delicious. I even got a flaming sparkler and a couple cannolis as a birthday treat at the end. The environment inside felt very elegant and welcoming. I would definitely visit Rosebud again.”
