“I go to this Dunkin almost every night on my lunch break. Well this one time I went during the day and I ordered my usual Butter Pecan signature latte with cream and sugar. (The guy on nights make it perfectly. When I come to the drive through he know it's me) lol. Well on days I forgot to ask for the cream and sugar, there were two ladies on days one of them made my latte already and I asked the young lady could she add cream and sugar. She tried to tell me that I can't have cream and sugar because it won't taste right. I stated to her that I order this every night and never have a problem. She instantly remade the drink with joy. I could tell her co worker had an attitude and didn't want to make the drink again. Moral of the story they do an exceptional job and SOME of the employees go above and beyond.“

“I am eating a strawberry donut I bought ten minutes ago as I write this! I've been dying to stop at D&D's forever, so I brought my son today to get some donuts. The donuts are all HUGE and beautiful. She gave us free samples of the donut holes to try which my son loved. She explained every flavor and how long they keep and that we can freeze them.

These are the best donuts I've ever had!!! And I've had donuts all over Chicago. They're unbelievably soft and delicate. There is real fruit in the icing. This strawberry donut tastes like a fresh strawberry. My son had a great time and she was so kind to him. We will be back!! I want to try the massive apple fritter. 😭❤️“

“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“My wife and I go to Dunk Donuts almost every morning. For less than the price of Starbucks we get a dozen donut holes and two of their blended Carmel latte drinks. 🍩 We love Dunk Donuts! “Loved this coffee shop! The chorizo and cheese empanada were delicious, especially with the sauce on the side. Breakfast sandwich with pesto was perfectly toasted and toppings balanced nicely. I tried the “banana pancake” coffee, which was not too sweet and very creamy! My friend tried the “butter me up”, which was delicious. I would recommend getting an extra shot of espresso with the drinks!“

“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. As soon as I pull up I'm greeted by my name (Katya - not easy pronounce but she does it perfectly), she knows my order, and her smile radiates from beyond the drive-thru window.

It's something small, but Jessica takes the time to ask me how I am doing and is always a ball of sunshine. That type of positivity, on top of my extra espresso shot in my coffee? What's a better way to start the day?

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

I cannot reconcile the negative reviews posted here with my experiences at all. This month, I spent $100 at this specific location on two separate custom orders (cakes, etc), and they did a *perfect* job. They will continue to get my business.“
