“It was a wait but worth it food was great prices were ok best part of about it is that they expect the link to pay witch I was surprised , but they charge you cash for using the link like 3 dollars so it’s a hustle but it’s worth it if you like sea food and you don’t feel like cooking“

Can't comment on it but I was over there trying to get some other chop soup or not chops with some of the whatever they call it cabbage rolls or but I couldn't even get in there. They got smoking and and Jim and you can't find a place to park over there. I have a disability and the cars is parked so tight till you can't even get in so but it's up to you if you want to get your car scratched up or not. How many people are pretty good drivers but it's up to you. Have a great day. I don't know. I can't tell you about the food cuz I didn't. I didn't go in. I wasn't able to“

“Captain Hook’s Fish & Chicken is so good and always hits the spot. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and just flat-out better than anywhere else. They’re always open when I need them, and the taste is consistently amazing every time. I literally drive 30 minutes just to come here, and that should tell you everything. I have a Sharks Fish & Chicken near my house and it does not compare at all. Captain Hook’s is on a whole different level.“

“Today was my first time there. The food is delicious my kids love it but I don’t feel I had the great service. First, we didn’t get the napkins and utensils on time but way after the food got there. A drink spilled on me (our fault) which made me realized there was no napkins provided, by the time we found the lady for napkins I was soaking wet. Then we were about to start eating and my children needed a fork, well no fork was provided. We ordered 3 seafood boils, no utensils for that were provided neither. My husband ordered an extra drink, never was it brought to us. I’m happy my kids enjoyed it, but we were not that pleased as we saw others being treated differently. Not sure if we will be returning.“

“My friends and I visited Frankie’s in Tinley Park for the first time and had such a great experience! I ordered the pappardelle, while my friends got the rigatoni vodka and linguine with shrimp — everything was absolutely delicious. The food was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. “My husband and I dined here for our anniversary. The owner was very welcoming and down to earth as well as the staff. The food was excellent! “Amazing smoked beef brisket sandwich with fresh cut fries. Everything was was made fresh and served piping hot. The BBQ sauce is delicious... sweet, smoky and a tad spicy. The portions are large and well worth the money. If in the area again, I would definitely go back.“

“First batch of bread was cold. After that everything was good and hot. Server Maggie was slow. Slow in putting in our refill orders. We had to ask more than once for napkins, to go containers and bags. At another location, I didn't have to wait long and I got two refills at a time. But at this location, it was one refill at a time and it took a long time.“

“This is by far the best JJ Fish in the city of Chicago!! The food is consistently fresh, and the staff is welcoming. I also came in to place an order on Super Bowl. Although it was busy and wait times for some were longer than usual… the staff maintained professionalism and supported customers as quickly as possible. I’d recommend this location to anyone!“

“Ate here tonight and the food was wonderful. We had jerk turkey tips, jerk salmon and shrimp, yam, greens, cabbage, Mac and cheese and fried rice. Everything was tasty, hot, freshly made and spicy. The ladies were super friendly, helpful and provided great service. We will definitely be back to try other items. Ask about the specials that aren’t in the regular menu. Yum!“

“Food is flavorful. I loved the langostinos and the michelada. The restaurant layout is nice and spacious. It has a bar in the middle. However, this location is fairly new so you won't see many people here yet, so don't be discouraged to try out this place. We barely discovered it and it's so close to us! I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time.
