“I have not received this great of customer service in the Chicago/Chicagoland area EVER. The server was kind in nature, but what really impressed me was when the kiosk automatically asked for a tip and I payed, he went back and cancelled the transaction so that I would not tip without my knowledgeable consent.“

“I enjoy a Beach Club here about once a month. Staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean. I always take out, I don’t know about their delivery service. Couple parking spots in the back of the building although they’re often full.

Parking: There is typical city street pay parking and a few spots behind jimmy John’s. The spots behind are usually full during busy hours but i get an open spot all the time during non peak hours.

Kid-friendliness: The food and environment are perfect for kids.“

“I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!“

“Recently I’ve had the privilege of not only meeting the owner of this establishment but also trying their meatball sandwiches, which is one of their top sellers. First bite, you can tell immediately that this was made with a lot of love and care. It legit felt like a hug from my grandmother every bite. Every part of this sandwich, from the bread to the sauce, and even the meatballs, you can tell that no shortcuts were taken. It’s clearly an artisanal sandwich. By far one of the best meatball sandwiches I’ve had. Even talking with the owner you can tell that he’s proud of his product. His food speaks for itself. “I stop here multiple times a week for lunch. I grab two subs for my roommate and myself, and if I come after four they do two foot long subs for less than $9 an each.

Also the employees are wonderful. They’re very kind and easy to converse with, and they remember my order.

Service isn't the fastest, but food is prepared as ordered. Decor is fun (Star Trek!), although starting to show its age (the poster of Mr Spock in the ladies room is getting ragged). Parking is a bear, many of the nearby spots must be paid online.“

“The wraps and salads from The Sandwich Club are top notch. They don't skimp with the meat and I am often stuffed after one of their wraps. The meat quality also exceeded my expectations. It was much better quality than what I'd expect from a small sandwich shop.“

“A lovely downtown sandwich shop. We got an Avocado BLT, Shrimp and Crab Roll, Turkey Club, and a Cubano. Everyone loved their sandwich and enjoyed the ice cream dessert too. Staff was very helpful and I loved the style of the restaurant. Our only critical comment was the turkey club could have used more bacon (which was delicious). We can't wait to come back!“
