“Your experience, I have found, definitely depends on who is working, but went here last weekend and the girl with freckles and the girl with the hijab were absolutely lovely!! They were so polite and sweet, definitely the employees that will keep people coming back. Very efficient and conversational, drinks were done in under a minute and were great. My five year old adored the two girls, a little crush haha. Hopefully that's the standard from now on, here, would love to keep seeing them around ❤️❤️“

“I placed GrubHub order for Dunkin. Coffee was great as was my sandwich. My only complaint is that there were no napkins. Doesn't seem like a big deal normally. But I'm at Harmony Nursing Home right across the street. I'm not at home. So it was a big deal. Napkins please, next time“

“Don’t let the photos fool you, these are hands down the best donuts I’ve ever had in my life. I was a little upset when my half dozen rang up to $47 (my fault for not looking at prices ahead of time) but was SO incredibly surprised by the flavor and texture of these donuts. The bakers have managed to find a way to make yeast donuts perfectly flavorful with no greasy feeling- they are light as a fluffy pillow with the slightest crisp from being fried. Honestly, to die for. Were still amazing even hours later!!“

Only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 is I felt the prices were a bit high. Also, the location really is not ideal in a dying strip mall, but highly reccommend.“

“I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“Tried this place thanks to Google maps reviews, no regrets! Beautiful cafe built in a historic train station. Bonus: the train still passes through here! Delicious drinks. Friendly staff. Clean tables and ample seating. Free parking lot with plenty of space.

Only area for improvement was that there was a door jammed open and letting in lots of cold air, I hope it was a temporary issue that has since been resolved.

“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. Wish we could go inside to enjoy donuts & coffee knowing it's something our son would truly enjoy.“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“The best Dunkin!! It’s down the street from my house and I’m here every single morning with my mobile orders lol. They are so fast. My iced coffee is ready before I even get to the window. “I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“
