“Red Mountain Chicken! OMG! What is this crack?! Our last night in Palm Springs, came across this place and randomly ordered this dish. It's incredible! Now back in Chicago, desparately searching for it here. If anyone knows what name this goes by elsewhere, please let me know. This place is 5 stars all the way! And we have some incredible Thai food in Chicago!“

“One of my favorite local spots on the southside for Italian food. Hand made pasta, great sauces, good atmosphere with a nice bar if that’s what you’re going for. Food is very consistent and made with quality ingredients.

I’ve been here many times and have never left disappointed.“

“Mr. Benny's delivers great food and drinks, excellent service, nice atmosphere. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there. Wife had lamb chops - generous portion of top grade meat perfectly prepared. I had Chilean Sea Bass which was excellent. As mentioned above, their drinks are excellent - good pours - nicely presented and crafted. For our meal which included an appetizer (stuffed mushrooms), the lamb chops, sea bass, five cocktails between us, and a complimentary desert our bill including tax, before tip, was $185. Considering the quality of everything this is a very reasonable price for the Chicagoland area.“

“Today was my first time there. The food is delicious my kids love it but I don’t feel I had the great service. First, we didn’t get the napkins and utensils on time but way after the food got there. A drink spilled on me (our fault) which made me realized there was no napkins provided, by the time we found the lady for napkins I was soaking wet. Then we were about to start eating and my children needed a fork, well no fork was provided. We ordered 3 seafood boils, no utensils for that were provided neither. My husband ordered an extra drink, never was it brought to us. I’m happy my kids enjoyed it, but we were not that pleased as we saw others being treated differently. Not sure if we will be returning.“

My first experience was to celebrate my daughter's birthday in August, the next was a birthday celebration for my sister, and God willing, I will celebrate my birthday in May. But trust, I will not wait until my birthday to go, mainly because I don't live in Illinois, but because I frequent this state, Al Bahaar is on my list of stops & I encourage family and friends to join me! “Amazing smoked beef brisket sandwich with fresh cut fries. Everything was was made fresh and served piping hot. The BBQ sauce is delicious... sweet, smoky and a tad spicy. The portions are large and well worth the money. If in the area again, I would definitely go back.“

“This is a review. I meant to write over a week ago.The food at the DiCola‘s is always excellent. The people are friendly and courteous. However, I want to specifically highlight a young man by the name of Dominick. I can’t say enough about Dominick. He possesses exemplary customer service skills. Every encounter I have had with him, he has been very courteous, very professional, very engaging and above all has gone the extra mile to accommodate my “special requests“. In addition, my most recent encounter, approximately two weeks ago, I could see the absolute joy he received when seeing how happy I was when he was, once again, able to Grant a special request for me. You just don’t see this level of customer service in the fast food industry. There just aren’t enough adjectives which adequately express how great of a representative Dominick is for DiCola’s.“

I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and a great experience!“

This is without mentioning the Chorizo, the eggs, and their choice of spices and peppers. The food here as of this date 6/30/26, is some of the best food I have had.“

“This is by far the best JJ Fish in the city of Chicago!! The food is consistently fresh, and the staff is welcoming. I also came in to place an order on Super Bowl. “Visited from STL and this time the owner was there. Very chill laid back good time. This particular night they had karaoke, which was fun. The bartenders are friendly and know how to pour. Shavon kept the drinks coming! The owner is hands on, friendly professional and made sure to show us out of towners hospitality. After a few dances and drinks we ordered food to go. This spot is always on a list even if it’s a short visit. Stop by for a mature crowd and a good time.“

A lot of people go for the alcohol drink specials so it can get a little loud other than that we will definitely be going back to try their seafood platters.“

“We have been lucky to attend this hall on multiple occasions from a production company standpoint. The hall is not the best for sound reinforcement as you will need a separate rig pointed to where the main entrance is to ensure you will have even coverage for all patrons. However, it is a minor detail that with the right professional shouldn't be a problem. The catering was very good and the space looked very nice. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a nice event space.“

“The fee for byob was $10 which I think is a great price compared to other similar seafood restaurants. There was a waitlist of about 30mins but it was also a busy Sunday afternoon so that is to be expected. Service was attentive from not only our main server but the rest of the team as well. They were very accommodating to the various requests we had from extra items at the table to the volume of music. The food itself could have used minor changes like less or more of certain seasonings for certain dishes but maybe that’s just me and my preferences. Overall for our first time at this location we were left with a great impression and will likely be back again soon!“

“Food is flavorful. I loved the langostinos and the michelada. The restaurant layout is nice and spacious. It has a bar in the middle. However, this location is fairly new so you won't see many people here yet, so don't be discouraged to try out this place. We barely discovered it and it's so close to us! It's been open since January 2025.“
