“This is my first time here, and I have to say I absolutely love the atmosphere! It is so pretty inside and it's so clean. The staff was super nice.
The only negative thing that I could say was that it did take a long time to get the food even though we were the only ones in there and for what we bought it was really expensive. I thought we were going to get these like full sandwiches and they were these little tiny bitty appetizers.
We also ordered drinks the refreshers and they were so good. I highly suggest to get them with water not with lemonade because they are very sweet. But my first time there and I definitely will be going back. Also you can sign up for points and earn free food.

“I went here on a school trip. The inside was nice and cozy. The service was pretty straight forward. The bagels I got were pretty good and the lemonade was tasty. My favorite part of going there was going up the observation tower to see the city. I would definitely go here again.“

The food exceeded expectations—unlike most tea services, we actually left feeling full and completely satisfied. Our table selected the bourbon-flavored tea and a delicious exotic fruit blend—both were absolutely delightful! Just when we thought the experience couldn’t get any better, we were treated to the cutest little heart-shaped, turtle-like candy that was as tasty as it was adorable. “I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

if ur an adult all the teenagers come here and it’s super crowded, it took me 20 mins to get my order.
They had 3 people behind the bar kudos to them.
To be fair it’s the first day that they released the winter drinks but omg I had to say excuse me several times just to get through.“

“The ILLY coffee stand inside of this Pete’s is a great addition to this grocery store. I’ve stopped by to get groceries the past 2 weekends, and on the way out have picked up the BEST coffee. The barista, Terrance, is friendly and personable, and you can tell loves doing what he does. I would recommend checking it out!“

“I went to Tinley park Schoop’s for the 1st time just over a month ago and have been back weekly since. The food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant is outstanding. The women who works there is great. The restaurant gets very crowded at lunch and the service was still outstanding. I will be a regular customer I have recommended to my family and friends.“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“
