“Very good Dunkin. Always makes a good drink. However, the traffic that backs up onto 147th St makes this not a quick stop. I'm usually nervous to stop there on my way to work due to the traffic...but when I do go, and I'm not running late...I always get good service and good coffee.“

“Cream of mushroom soup is good. Home made soups are good. The breaded tenderloin sandwich with mashed potatoes was good. Showed up a bit weird though. The breaded tenderloin was on top of the bread with mashed potatoes and gravy to the side. The entire dish was then covered in brown gravy. There was no way possible to make a sandwich, but I cut it all up together and ate it as a mix. It was still good.“

I would recommend giving Beverly bakery a try to anyone looking for a great breakfast in the area.“

“I recently visited Starbucks and ordered a Venti Iced Peach Green Tea. Although the service was a bit slow, I know it was crowded, which was likely the reason. The wait was absolutely worth it. The drink was perfectly refreshing and delicious, with the peach flavor complementing the green tea beautifully. It definitely hit the spot on a warm day. I'll be back for sure, the drink is delicious!“

“Excited to try the empanadas at Empanadus in Homewood on Ridge Road. It is a nice cafe and eatery offering a variety of empanadas for all dietary needs. They are served very warm and the type of empanada is branded into the outside crust. They are a good sized portion and the filling can be tasted with each bite. I bought a variety and it was easy to identify which one was beef, sausage, spinach, vegan, etc. they also offer a variety of coffees too. Would definitely suggest you give it a visit.“

“I went to Tinley park Schoop’s for the 1st time just over a month ago and have been back weekly since. The food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant is outstanding. The women who works there is great. The restaurant gets very crowded at lunch and the service was still outstanding. I will be a regular customer I have recommended to my family and friends.“

For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“I came into Starbucks on 4701 S Cicero. I ordered a coffee this time. I had an issue with the quality of the paper cups; they dont hold up with the hot drinks. I spoke to the shift manager, Kayli. Kayli is an excellent manager/ employee. She heard my complaint and was sympathetic towards my concerns. She identified me by yhe drink I ordered? WOW WHAT AN EXCELLENT MEMORY.. She then explained that the nxt time I come she would make sure I had a double cup because that was my complaint. She has GREAT managerial skills. I called feeling upset and once I finished the call. I felt satisfied and heard. Thank you Kayli. Kudo's for Starbucks for hiring her. WELL DONE
