“Got the spicy fried chicken, palabok, burger steak, mashed potatoes, and guava freeze. Overall the food is good and doesn’t take too long like other locations. It wasn’t too busy when I got here. But the spicy fried chicken was less spicy than other locations that I have tried. It tastes like just fried chicken. So it wasn’t bad just not spicy at all. So don’t expect it to be spicy but it’s still good anyway if you're dripping with the sauce. Palabok was my favorite one. The atmosphere is quiet and easy to talk in. All the places are clean and the staff are very nice. Some items online were unavailable but I recommend to check with them because they have it, it's just not on the menu online. There are plenty of parking spots too and a drive-thru option.“

“Everything is fresh and delicious! They really have something for everyone including vegan! It’s fast food only in the sense that it is fast. It’s very affordable too and we love their points program! Love their cheese ravioli and meatballs! I also love the Rainbow cone which is a Chicago original! It may seem like a weird combination of flavors but it works! Great customer service!“

“Today was the first time I have ever Ben in a Portillo’s Restaurant, first time I have ever had an Italian beef sandwich. I have a Lotta friends in Fort Myers who go all the way to Tampa to get this sandwich and they continue to tell me how good it is. So this evening we decided to go to Portillo since I was visiting on my grandkids and my daughter and son-in-law, I really enjoyed that Italian beef sandwich. There are a lot of other good things on the menu, but that was what I was there for. Unfortunately, they do not have a Portillo’s Station FortnMyer Florida. I can only hope that one day they will build it there.“

“I used to live in New York and often went to this place. But here in Chicago, specifically at this location, I loved everything! The staff are very polite, the restroom is clean, and the tables and everything else are spotless! The food is delicious — honestly, the best fast food in the U.S., McDonald’s doesn’t even come close! It’s nothing like New York, where it’s always overcrowded, dirty, and untidy. I give it 5 stars and will definitely come back again!“

“Self order via kiosk I had to enter my own order phone number, email. They text me when ready. Double smoke burger was very good loved the cherry pepper spread lots of bacon. Carolina fries had a nice dust of BBQ spice and a dipping sauce.

“The employee (Paola Tapia) greeted me and was very polite throughout the whole process. Radio with American classic was playing in the background.
The place was not busy and so my order of Texas double whopper and nuggets was ready in no time.
The whopper was one of the most carefully built I ever had! The bun was not squished, patties and all ingredients were neatly placed and evenly spaced. Only a few lettuce pieces were outside but it's totally fine. Amazing!
Also the place is very clean.“
