Every time I go through the drive-thru, the young lady taking my order is so friendly and helpful. There is another young lady who always hands me my drink who is also just so friendly. It's positive and kind employees like these two young ladies that will make someone's day! :)“

“A must go-to for coffee/café connissures. The Seventh Heaven latte is the perfect balance of sweet flavors without going overboard on the sugar. I paired my latte with the Amarillo Chipotle sandwich. An absolutely delicious spicy twist on the classic bacon, egg, and cheese. Jesse helped me decide on the order and I'm so glad he did. “Just wanted to say that my faith in humanity was restored after visiting this location. I went to another store (the one by kohl’s in south elgin) and ordered a matcha, i accidentally forgot to order it with oat-milk which made it taste bitter/horrible. I asked the barista if i could have it added to my drink or get a small cup of oat-milk so i could add it which i was obviously going to pay for. The barista told me rudely that she couldn’t do that for me and i had to purchase a WHOLE new drink. I kindly refused and went to this location. The sweet girl in the drive through took my order of a cup of oatmilk and gave it to me with the biggest smile. These workers are the best! This will be the only Starbucks i will go to now! Thank you for not turning me down for requesting oat-milk, it was ridiculous.“

It's a small Drive thru so sometimes you worry the line is long, but the staff moves it so quickly! “The Dunkin’ Donuts on Randall road is amazing!!! They were so sweet to my dogs and she absolutely loved Clark 💕 they each got a lil vanilla munchkin and she even gave them treats to go! “This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.“

But I felt inclined to write a review today because I was so charmed by something that happened this morning. A family came in shortly after I had and it was one of the little girl's birthday. The woman behind the register (sorry I didn't catch her name) was so delightful for them, chatting to the birthday girl and even giving the kids a special treat. It put a smile on my face seeing how happy the kids were, sure brightened up this cold, wet, windy day.“

“I went today and this was by far the best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin! The gentlemen working was very kind and worked quickly. He made the best oat milk shaken espresso I’ve had and filled it with a very appropriate amount of ice which I really appreciate (other Dunkins always fill it to the brim with ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink).
