“I just went through the drive through and the young man who waited on us was SO unbelievably nice!! We pulled off and we were both like wow!! That young man needs, a raise or a promotion or at least major recognition!! Let him train all the newbies!!“

“It's not too bad. I get a lot of drinks here. The only main complaint is that they always pack my drink full of ice even when I put light ice. It's completely full, so I only get a few drinks out of it. Kinda made me stop ordering as much.“

“I will have to say the new Taco Bell is awesome!! At this new location when you buy a box meal it actually comes in a box instead of thrown in the bag and you actually get everything you ordered. This is highly appreciated because I usually get 3 boxes and at the other location you had to open every package just to see what was what.

“We ordered pizza tonight and some sides for future delivery. The driver was on time and very polite. He had called me to let me know they were out of one of the sodas I’d ordered. Since I didn’t pickup, he brought one of everything they had in stock to let me choose. I wish I would have asked his name. I hope he sees this. You obviously love your job. It’s not everyday that someone in customer service goes above and beyond the way you did. You’re amazing and your parents should be very proud of the kind young man they raised 💙“

“To the manager on duty at Burger King......all I can say is WOW!!! The young kids (they were WAY younger than me, so they are kids to me) constantly used manners and I am VERY impressed!!!!! “Thank you so very much for your order”, “I am so very sorry for your wait” and my husband was called “hon” a few times! (Luckily “hon” isn’t offensive to either of us, but others may not like it.)“

“We just had the best delivery experience ever. Delivery was fast and the driver was super friendly, the food was HOT and the pizza, fries, breadsticks and wings were all delicious! We have had not so great food and service in the past, but this time it was awesome.“

“We decided to grab a quick supper at Taco Bell/KFC in Waterloo this evening. Errol ordered the K-14 (Crispie Colonel Box) and an order of mashed potatoes. I ordered a grilled steak soft taco and an order of nachos.....did we get what we ordered? NO! I spoke to the manger and told him that my husband’s order was completely incorrect and he made it right, even brought it to our table and apologized several times for the error. As I bit into my soft taco, I noticed there was no meat chunks, it was chicken, so I took it back up and showed him the receipt that I ordered it. I got my new soft taco and just barely sat down and the manager came back over to our table and gave us some chicken and cookies, as a peace offering. There’s some good managers and some not so good. We’re giving this guy 2 thumbs up for rectifying the situation.“

“I only know this guy from school. But, I didn’t know he worked at DQ. Dylan Brewer is the BEST employee that Waterloo DQ could have hired. He is super kind and makes sure you’re satisfied with what you ordered. I had a great experience with him. Keep up the good work Dylan!“
