“The dumplings are soooooo good. Staff was friendly and answered my questions about some of the dumplings

If it weren't so far away from where I live, I'd be here all the time. I had to take a special trip 40 minutes just to eat here, but it was worth it! I can't wait to come back.“

Liang's Chinese Cafe Chinese • $

“In this food court Liang’s Chinese Cafe had the longest wait line by Asians and it was worth tasting authentic Chinese food. Their noodles were popular. I got to try their spicy pig stomach which was definitely spicy but that was to be expected. As for the food? Not bad, as the Chinese say. I look forward to coming back and trying other dishes.“

“Growing up, Di Ho used to be the epicenter of the small western suburb Asian community. It was where I tried proper Taiwanese beef noodle soup for the first time and became obsessed. For a long time, I associated the best beef noodle soup in Di Ho with the store front on the far right. Today, I learned that this shop owner has since moved to the Oriental Food House aka 'Taiwan Xiao Chi' store front on the far left. For 37 years, this true mom and pop shop has been working on their craft to serve the community and I can attest that they've still got it. Do a flavor taste test and see for yourself - and of course, support this small business.“

“Have been here in a while. Glad I swung on in. The Kung Pao Chicken here is interesting. They use Jalapeño peppers instead of the traditional red chili peppers. A combination of the heat and taste of the peppers gave the dish a unique zing. I will definitely be back to get another order!“

International Mall Chinese • $
665 Pasquinelli Dr, Westmont

“This is not a traditional “Mall”, it’s few stores and businesses on the ground and second floor. What most of us come here for are the authentic Chinese restaurants on the main floor. These are not fancy or fine dining but solid food at a reasonable prices. Check out Chinese Cafe in the center, specifically on weekends they served traditional Taiwanese breakfast that’s hard to find.“
