“This is the first time that I came to this restaurant I love that the area it was in was very clean. The food was very fulfilling. I thought the sandwich could’ve had a little bit more meat on it, but it made you full. It was more bread than meat. I also had the cheesy fries. They were good they gave you enough for your money‘s worth very tasty I will return to this restaurant in the future. I think them for such good Customer Service I just wanna let you know a good Customer Service goes a long way.“

“I have ordered the party sub trays from here and the service and food are excellent! Last weekend I ordered 2 party trays for our 8th grade picnic and the kids and staff loved it! Some have never had Mr. Submarine before and really liked it! They were stuffing pieces in their sweaters to take home!“

“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

“First of all, the staff at this particular location need a raise, Because they actually understand customer service. I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...“

“The #12 Beach Club and the Ultimate Italian are favorites of ours. Ordering online couldn't be easier and I like that I can customize each sandwich easily. I love that I don't have to open every sandwich to find out which one it is. You can tell them who the sandwich is for and they will write their name on the wrapper. We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. “I've never been to a Subway before so I was a little nervous about ordering. I entered the building and was greeted by a young man named Brayden. I think he could tell I was a little nervous about ordering so he went through the entire menu with me, ranking each sub from his favorite to least favorite. Then he told me all of the different variations they can do...I was astounded 😳! I was ordering for my 3 kids and wasn't sure what subs to order them. Brayden asked me about each kid and then suggested which subs they'd like based on their personalities. Well....he was right!!!! My kids LOVED what he picked out for them. While I was getting ready to pay he asked if I wanted chips and a drink. I said I wasn't sure so he suggested which chips and drinks would pair well with each sandwich!!! He was right again! To say I was impressed would be an understatement.“

“I always get my favorite sandwich the cold cut trio and today I decided to go with Italian herbs and cheese bread and they did not disappoint. I really enjoyed using my subway coupon, which gave me no trouble, and the ladies there were polite and very helpful. Inside is clean and neat, and the veggies looked great this time. They must have fixed the temperature gage in the cooler under the veggies, because at on point they were getting freezer burn, and I had stopped going. But I returned and yes they have it all fixed. “When we first moved to NWI, we first visited Pops when they were located closer to Jewel. At first, when we ordered our beef juicy, the beef was still dry. Over the years, they have gotten better. The beef is juicy, tender, and tasty. So juicey that now, they wrap your beef and then put your wrapped beef inside a plastic bag for take out orders. The beef here is much better than the overrated beef sandwich at Portillos. The large order of fries is enough to share.“

“They accidentally delivered my subs to the wrong address accidentally so I called up and the manager made it right gave us three more subs and also three more sub subs for next time so I just wanted to say I really appreciate that and appreciate the manager for making it right and the subs were very delicious. I'm seeing a trend across Northwest Indiana and Chicago owned Jimmy Johns because this has happened more than 5 times in the past 6-8 months maybe even more.“
