“We just stopped here on a long trek home and we received GREAT service from the subway folks and the gas station clerk even stepped in to help because they got SLAMMED. Even so, they were so nice and polite to us and genuinely apologized for what was a very reasonable wait. I even observed them to be very courteous with the next customers in line. Please support the great employees working there today (6/726 1:45pm) thank you!!!!“

“4-5-26 Andy, the manager at the Crown Point location, has the best customer service manners that I've seen in a long time. I had an issue where my card had been declined. He calmly let me know about the problem. My friend and I were able to get the amount of cash together to cover my bill. During that time he wasn't rude or snarky. Not even impatient. “Pretty typical Firehouse Subs. If you are in a hurry call ahead. Everyone except me ordered ahead. I had a 15 minute wait. If I wasn't on my way to work it wouldn't have mattered. The quality of ingredients they use is good and the sandwiches were filling ( 1 for nightshift breakfast and 1 for lunch).“

“On 3/9/25 we dined at your restaurant in Hobart. My daughter had a low blood sugar emergency while we were there. Your staff was so helpful and so kind to us they gave us a free cookie and a free drink so her blood sugar levels would go up. They were very attentive to us and kept asking if we needed anything else. Great team that was working that day. Please let them know that they are appreciated.“

“Perhaps the best Subway experience I've ever had. Friendly staff. Prompt service. I ordered online at 12:45pm and my lunch was ready for pickup at 1. People who gave low ratings and complaining that the drive thru is too slow are just wrong...it takes time to freshly make your custom sandwich. If you want fast, go to McDonalds.“

“When we first moved to NWI, we first visited Pops when they were located closer to Jewel. At first, when we ordered our beef juicy, the beef was still dry. Over the years, they have gotten better. The beef is juicy, tender, and tasty. So juicey that now, they wrap your beef and then put your wrapped beef inside a plastic bag for take out orders. The beef here is much better than the overrated beef sandwich at Portillos. The large order of fries is enough to share.“

“3 star for service because I entered in my phone for rewards and they didn't add it on there. they have to select my name to have it count and they didn't. I'm seeing a trend across Northwest Indiana and Chicago owned Jimmy Johns because this has happened more than 5 times in the past 6-8 months maybe even more.“

“We've ordered a few times online. It's always done when we get there. Last trip was last night. Looks like they were short handed on staff. We ordered 4 sandwiches and arrived early. Expecting to wait. The person let us know they were working on them and asked us to pull forward. They worked quickly. The sandwiches were the best made that we've had. (Not saying that they've been bad before but they have been messy). The young man and woman working there last night (Thursday 9/11/25) were a great team. Hope their manager sees this and lets them know we're grateful to them both!“
