“I recently picked up a catering order that included trays of beef, au jus, Chicago dogs, beef sandwiches, bread, chop salad, and all the fixings. The order was 100% accurate. Of course, all of the food was a big hit for my party. I am quite familiar with the deliciousness of the sandwiches. The big surprise was the chop salad. Everyone loved it. I highly recommend Portillo’s Catering for your next get together.“

“Always fast, friendly service with great food. My office is a few steps away from Georgio's, so both myself and my coworkers are here often. Everything I've tried so far has been excellent, honestly. Fries, Cheese Fries, Greek Fries, Fried Mushrooms, Fried Okra, Jalapeno Poppers (red jalapenos very spicy and delicious!), milkshakes, and a classic Gyro. Yum yum yummy would recommend all menu items. We are very lucky to have Georgio's so close!“

“Clean well lit place.Ice cream was good & what you expect from a DQ.Paid a tad over $14 after tax for a banana split & the largest Reeves Blizzard which i thought was high. However, it is a newer store & expensive to build.Employee was engaging/friendly when I entered.We each sat inside eating our dessert to good 20yr old music & no one else in the store the whole time there.I would go back if in the area again.“

“Very busy at lunchtime. Took too long to get food, even using the app. And the app didn't realise I was even at the restaurant to start my order, which delayed it longer. And I am still not happy with the corporate decision to use chicken with antibiotics in it. But it was the closest food to where I was at.“

“better service and food quality. the mgr was a total jerk almost because I asked for dry breadsticks cause I have to watch my salt an normally the other manager that use to be there was great at making this with no problem. 15 min went by n no dry bread sticks yet even after our food came out and then the girl went back to get them and then 10 more min went by and now we r almost done with our food so a family member went and asked about them and they forgot and just put them in and not even 2 min later they brought them out half raw so I took them back and asked if it were possible to get dry cooked bread sticks that its already been over 20 min cause you kept forgetting n then bring me under cooked bteadsticks to 5-10 min later the rude manager up front brought them out with a grin but now they are black. I asked him as a mgr do you think this is presentable and represented fazzolis? with a smile hr say I don't know I don't eat dry bread sticks and I told him this was poor service and uncalled for and with a smile he says have a merry Christmas..this was 3 weeks ago and I'll be happy to send u a pic of all the bread sticks that I still have a photo of. I filed a complaint online before leaving and obviously this is how you people handle business because no one replied back. we spent almost $30 that could have been spent where they care about their food and customers.“

“Sunday night, November 17, 2024 around 6:15. Shout out to the young Black man (I didn’t catch his name) who was taking the drive through orders. He was insanely polite and helpful even though it was obvious the restaurant was extremely busy. Very hardworking and friendly.“

“So we went two nights in a row, first night the awesome we did a large order enough for 5 people, lots of special order. Everything came out 👌 👍 . Fast friend top scores.

Second night we can say quite the same we were picking our order and it just wasn't fast enough for the drive through person. Which was a guy, so the they actually laughed at us with the mic on.
We said maybe turn you mic off. Order 25 taco because we just wanted out of there and when we pulled up it was a third employees that gave us our food, 51$ dollars. To be treated with first day awesome second day like we were to be made fun of.

“The service was good. staff was friendly. Inside dining was closed, doors locked. I tried the Italian chicken sandwich and was disappointed. it was too salty. I will not order it again.“

“Food is always excellent. Service is hit and miss honestly, but far from the worst I have ever had. As far as the atmosphere, they can't help the Doordashers that come to pick up food and loudly talk about the court order they have to not go near the people they are supposed to be delivering for. Drive thru is best option, avoid nightime lobby if you can lol.“

“Southgate Pizza Hut, Manager- Lorne (I think?)...I ordered online and thought I ordered wings with my pizza. Long story short, my order was not right. When I called, the manager listened, explained that this happens often, and suggested I always use the app over the website. On top of that, he offered to send the wings anyway, even though I only *thought* I ordered them. He didn't have to do that. 😊“

“This pizza hut usually makes everything just right. They might be a few minutes behind but the food is fresh and customer service is fairly quick. I do recommend they hold their staff meetings not in the small lobby lol.

Update: I had a credit for a pizza, in an attempt to get the credit added to my order they refunded my money and went to charge the lesser amount. The refund takes time and my card didn't have funds to charge it. The manager was very kind in this regard. When I did not have another payment method he said consider it an early Christmas gift. Having to eat out was an unexpected expense, and his actions will give my family money towards real groceries. I love this pizza hut. Wish I could do more then write a positive review.“
