OH and for real the Asiago bagel with xtra bacon and egg and cheddar and cream cheese is AMAZING! OH, I had the frozen Avalanche, and as usual it was perfect!“

“Oh my goodness YUM!!! 😋 My husband and I are frequent customers here. Service is always amazing! The staff are all very friendly and efficient, even when there is a long line we never let deter or decision because they move through the line quickly with ease. We get a Large Oreo Blender with Espresso add 3-4 shots of espresso. It is absolutely amazing and delicious!!! It may be a bit pricey but we choose to get these on days when we need a little bit of a pick me up and we do it to treat ourselves because as I said it is a bit pricey. I would highly recommend it.“

“Caribou coffee is outstanding! So much better flavors and options than Starbucks. The food is also a big step up. I'm a huge fan. They are expensive ... same price point as Starbucks ... but much better quality and taste so at least I feel like I got what I wanted.“

“Miss Trina was very friendly and helpful. She taught me how to order some of the newer drinks on the menu ☕ using modern Starbucks-ese. It's a whole different linguistic register from how we used to order them when I worked at Starbucks in South Florida back in the 90s 🌴🥥🌊🍊 and when we opened the first Starbucks in Spain in the early 2000s at Atocha-Renfe 🇪🇸. Miss Trina and I also had a great conversation about the new Samsung Galaxy Z-Fold 3 🤳. Miss Beau was also great -- she made sure I had a carrier and some green spill guards for each of the drinks. And Miss Nuha was exceptionally kind and helpful, and she made some award-worthy coffee drinks for us. ¡Alucinante 💫! She even upgraded one of my drinks from a grande to a venti when it took slightly longer than usual to make. I was highly impressed with how quickly these ladies worked to make so many customers happy 🪽. If Starbucks still does Snapshots, this would be 5-star legendary service ⭐. I look forward to coming back and ordering more.“

“Kate, who worked on Friday morning 9/12/25 (dark hair with tattoos), was absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills, positivity, and attention to detail were truly unmatched. She constantly checked on us, made sure our drinks were topped off, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Kate is such a shining light and I truly hope she is recognized for the positivity and warmth she brings to this restaurant.“

“An employee deliberately made my drink with extra ice when i asked for light ice, i got it remade but i could lowkey taste the hate. I’m not upset anymore but it was a little annoying considering the employee did choose to put an ungodly amount of ice in my drink. Other employees were wonderful and very nice. I understand working at starbucks is a struggle when people are being rude, but I was extremely kind through the whole ordering process.“

“I stopped by this coffee shop and tried the iced blueberry coffee with frothed vanilla half and half on top; a unique and refreshing treat that I’ll definitely be coming back for. The barista recommended his favorite drink. The flavor was just the right mix of fruity and creamy, perfect for a hot day!

What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Nathan took my order and was incredibly kind and attentive. Sophia was working hard behind the counter, quickly making drinks and keeping everything moving, even during a rush. Despite the busy atmosphere, the team handled it with professionalism and speed.

At one point, I overheard a customer mention their drink might have been made incorrectly, and the staff immediately offered to remake it; no fuss, no attitude, just great customer care. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in their work and genuinely wants every customer to leave happy.

“This morning on a cold windy day , I stopped at McDonald’s in Bremen for oatmeal . I have to say , the girl taking my order thru the drive thru was so cheerful and polite , she had a bit of an accent ,dark hair ,(I didn’t catch her name ). But I wanted to acknowledge her and the girl that gave me my order , great personalities on this dreary cold day 😎“
