That's not necessarily expected, so it is above and beyond good service. They always get a tip from me. I live around the corner from another subway, but I'll drive here instead. It's a complete, 100% opposite experience than what I receive at their Charlestown Crossing store. The employees here at the county road 311 location are awesome.“

I don’t know his name but he was a white guy who had tattoos and a white Sox hat, and me being extremely loaded off of some fresh exotic I needed a great sandwich, and he did just that the way he crafted this masterpiece with a smile on his face I knew this was going to be the one . “We expected to have a typical Subway lunch while visiting Louisville but ended up extremely impressed by the two young people working. The lady with red braids was patient, kind, and prepared excellent sandwiches. She took the time to chat for a few moments and shared that she chooses to make her job fun. Both people working in the dining room were cleaning. We enjoyed our meal and walked to the door. The young man said, “Miss! You forgot something!” I had accidentally left my wallet on the chair. I’m incredibly thankful for his honesty and kindness. Subway is incredibly blessed to have these two employees. Date and time visited: Feb 3rd, 3:30 pm.“

“My wife just ordered from here for lunch. Got home and opened my sandwich and it was wrong. My wife called and they gladly delivered me the correct sandwich. I am leaving a 5-star review because of their excellent customer service. I don't know of too many restaurants that would have offered that. The person my wife spoke to on the phone was understanding and professional as well as the delivery driver. My order: Beach Club #12, what I received was a beach club with no bread. I have to admit that I ate some of the turkey and tomatoes from the wrong sandwich due to being on lunch break. We come to this location a lot and from this experience I will continue to support this location. Thank you again.“

“I’ve been to most, if not all Penn stations in the area, both in Louisville and Southern Indiana. I had lost faith in Penn Station, to be honest, and usually decided to go somewhere else. I have never been to this location before so I thought I’d give it a try and It was probably the best meal I’ve ever had at Penn Station. The cheesesteak was fire! The fries were crispy! “I went in for lunch on 01/21/2025 the 2 young ladies that were working was so amazing and polite. They seem to love their job and had a smile on their face when they were talking. Lots of eye contact and just great overall experience. You do not see young people: teenagers greeting and being happy to be working to often. If you want that type of service go to this Subway. That bread is excellent to bring home cut it in half and make two good sandwiches out of each 50 cent loaf.“

“I’ve been to Wich Wich twice now and I love it. The new owners are really sweet. They gave great customer service. All I have to say is they really need to double wrap their sandwiches because when it’s not double wrapped it falls all over the place when you open it. Also they need to put ONLY what you ask for on the sandwich, not extra stuff you didn’t ask for. I got a crab salad sandwich and I didn’t select avocado and there was avocado on it, I think they may have given me the Cali roll. Just because the customer orders a sandwich that come with something originally doesn’t mean they want that on their sandwich. If I don’t select cucumbers that means I don’t want cucumbers. Other than that I like it and the negative reviews are a little harsh, I find it to be pretty good.“
