“The employees here are always nice and do an excellent job. They care about their customers enough to even remember what some of their preferences are. That's not necessarily expected, so it is above and beyond good service. They always get a tip from me. I live around the corner from another subway, but I'll drive here instead. It's a complete, 100% opposite experience than what I receive at their Charlestown Crossing store. The employees here at the county road 311 location are awesome.“

“I had came into this subway with mid to no expectations based off off past experiences with other subways but this employee made my day with his tremendous services at the subway in meijer drive. I don’t know his name but he was a white guy who had tattoos and a white Sox hat, and me being extremely loaded off of some fresh exotic I needed a great sandwich, and he did just that the way he crafted this masterpiece with a smile on his face I knew this was going to be the one . He went above and beyond to make this sandwich with love and care and I respect and love him for that . The exotic was winning but he helped me get back in the fight and thank you for that man really . ?“

“We expected to have a typical Subway lunch while visiting Louisville but ended up extremely impressed by the two young people working. The lady with red braids was patient, kind, and prepared excellent sandwiches. She took the time to chat for a few moments and shared that she chooses to make her job fun. Both people working in the dining room were cleaning. We enjoyed our meal and walked to the door. The young man said, “Miss! You forgot something!” I had accidentally left my wallet on the chair. I’m incredibly thankful for his honesty and kindness. Subway is incredibly blessed to have these two employees. Date and time visited: Feb 3rd, 3:30 pm.“

I didn't feel like I was getting the last piece of wilted lettuce in the place. I hesitated to try again after several visits that were less than pleasant. “My wife just ordered from here for lunch. Got home and opened my sandwich and it was wrong. My wife called and they gladly delivered me the correct sandwich. I am leaving a 5-star review because of their excellent customer service. I don't know of too many restaurants that would have offered that. The person my wife spoke to on the phone was understanding and professional as well as the delivery driver. My order: Beach Club #12, what I received was a beach club with no bread. I have to admit that I ate some of the turkey and tomatoes from the wrong sandwich due to being on lunch break. We come to this location a lot and from this experience I will continue to support this location. Thank you again.“

“I went in for lunch on 01/21/2025 the 2 young ladies that were working was so amazing and polite. They seem to love their job and had a smile on their face when they were talking. Lots of eye contact and just great overall experience. You do not see young people: teenagers greeting and being happy to be working to often. If you want that type of service go to this Subway.
