“I placed my order through the app and my sandwich was created exactly as ordered. The lady greeted me cheerfully when I walked in to pick up my order and thanked me as I walked out. I noticed that the store has been renovated. It looked clean and inviting. Based on my experience today, I highly recommend this location and plan to order from here again.“

“Very fast service. We ordered online and selected pick up asap while we was sitting in the parking lot. Maybe 5 mins, if that, later went inside and it was ready to go at the counter waiting for us to pay for it. It was worth every bit that paid for it too. Reasonably priced, u get alot for ur bucks. Very fresh and high quality ingredients. Very well made, looks like they took their time making it even tho it was made fast. I couldn't wait to go back n get another sandwich from them. So we did go back a couple days later n it was great again. Now whenever I've money to spend again I know where I want to go. I highly recommend to anyone who hasn't tried this place yet. On a side note, along with the great food, if you're not in a rush or have a few mins to spare, it's definitely worth to have a look around the inside of this place. Lots of interesting things to see along the walls in text mostly from like top to bottom all around, some insightful, some funny, even some educational.“

“I love kitties hamburgers, and have highly reviewed them in the past. I was really looking forward to today to one this Friday afternoon and I have memorized their hours.
Behold, they’re closed until the end of February. Was a very small faded cardboard sign on the door.
If they really cared about their customers, they’d have a big one that you could see from the street without having to park and walk um readable one .
And they would at least update their website.

Roast beef, smokey cheddar, red onion, raspberry jam and horseradish all on a delicious Dutch crunch roll! 🐶💚🥪 The atmosphere was high-energy and just felt less like strangers, and more like your own pack. “Long time customer enjoy the knackwurst but the order today has a different texture. Instead of being dense and firm, it is loose and soft. May be a one off, as this is first time in 20 years for such a change. Hope the recipe was not changed to keep the price down as the knackwurst today does not reflect the legacy. “Ordered large sandwich, cinnamon rolls, two chips. The clerk was busy showing me what cinnamon rolls to pick up, plus waiting on drive thru and frosting cinnamon rolls. I got all the way home and did not have my chips. Those are expensive! I tried to call several times no answer! Not very happy!

“Had a coupon BOGO for the new store in Glenwood Plaza. Never ate at one. So tried it today. Had the Club Sub & Mikes Famous Philly. Wow...the Club Sub was huge! Very good, freshly sliced ham a& turkey, plenty of bacon. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles & onions on wheat. Great sandwich! Huge! Great value for the $$$. Will eat that again! The Philly was decent. Ample shaved beef, grilled fresh, along with peppers and onions, and ample white american cheese for a good gooey to it. No added toppings. Had on the rosenary parm bread. Personally, I wish there would have been more peppers & onions on the sandwich. I should have asked for more, but didn't know if there would be an upcharge. Only downside IMO was red onions are better for sandwiches than white onions, and be nice to have a few more options on toppings, like maybe sliced bell peppers, and spinach as an alternative to the shredded lettuce. So, we will be back. Club Sub on my favorites list, but need to try the chicken philly & chicken bacon ranch philly. Got a couple coupons left in the postcard, $2 off order and 25% off order, so will use those. If anyone has an extra postcard mailer and don't like Jersey Mike's, IM me and I'll give you my address ..I'll take those coupons...lol... Overall, very pleased. And my 91 year old mother enjoyed both sammiches also, so that is very good! Try them out...I was very pleased...“

“The individual at the cashier was very helpful and polite. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:10p. I arrived right on time; however, the order was not ready. He immediately apologized (with a good attitude). A couple minutes later, he gave me my order, apologized again for been busy, and told me to have a nice day. However, I've gotta knock the service and overall score down a bit. The staff is always friendly, but if you modify your order at all, make sure you check before eating. Too many mistakes coming from the kitchen recently even though my receipt shows the correct order. It's frustrating having to send an order back.“

“Thanks to the folks at the cash register I was able to place my order. I stood in the spot where you order salads and the people working right in front of me avoided eye contact for about 5 min. I finally walked the the cash register where an employee walked over and basically made them take my order. The store is always clean and I've never had an issue when I go in the store. I did order on door dash once and they sent the sandwich with no toppings that I asked for but other than that, I've had no issues.“

They are also down multiple steamers for sandwiches making it harder for the workers to do their job. Hopefully owners will update equipment making it better for their staff and customers.“
