“Food is really good, I've ordered many times from them but my last order included an $8.25 fee for carry out supplies. They charge a percent of the entire bill. No where in the check out process do they tell you this. This seems excessive for 6 utensil packs and 5 takeout containers. Many other BBQ places with similar price points do not charge this fee. If you are going to charge extra fees be up front about it.“

“Best of the best! Smoked turkey is in point and if you like pastrami you HAVE to get thier smoked pastrami on seeded rye w saurkraut and mustard.....omg! It's the bbq version of a rueban sandwich and let me tell ya...it's a game changer! 1 sandwich is Enough for 2 people...or 2 meals if you don't want to share :) The manager was so kind, he brought our service dog a bowl of water while we ate. The server and bartender were amazing...
And we didn't even order drinks! They were just a great team over the lunch hour. Thank you Haywards for making our stop enjoyable from start to finish!“

“Best in KC! Can't beat their ribs. Their burnt ends can't be beat. Brisket is delicious. Backed beans are top of the line. Their cheesy corn is the best. My wife's cousin travels a lot and uses Roscoe's as his standard to judge other BBQ restaurants.“

“Stopped for lunch on our way to Colorado. Ribs were amazing, fell off the bone! Our daughter has alpha gal and they took extra measures to make sure the turkey she got was safe and dodn't cross with any of the beef and pork. Even my North Carolina born and raised youngins were all about the food!“

“Amazing. We went in on a Friday night at 915pm and with a party of 7, which is a kitchens worst nightmare so close to closing time. But our server was amazing and gracious and accommodating. Food was amazing and my husbands filet did come out cooked med well when he ordered med rare, and the manager came over herself and apologized and offered to make him a new dish- being so late and he not being picky, he said no, he'd eat the well done steak. She then not only comp'd his meal, she also took off 15% off our entire party's tab. So even tho we were “those customers” she and her staff went above and beyond and made us feel welcome and appreciated. Super satisfied and would dine here again absolutely.“
