“I stopped by this little rural Sonic Drive-In and honestly… I think I just experienced the friendliest fast food moment of my life 😂

First off, The absolute ray of sunshine who took my order. This young lady was so cheerful I half expected her to break into a musical number while reading back my order. I ordered a burger and somehow ended up with a better mood too.

When she brought the food out, she didn’t just hand it over and disappear like a fast food ninja—nope. She checked if I needed anything else, smiled like she actually meant it, and somehow made me feel like I was the VIP of Stall #18. In a world of “yeah, whatever” customer service, she was a full-on “you matter and also enjoy those tater tots” experience.

Food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I needed—but honestly, I’d come back just for the service. Give that girl a raise, a promotion, and maybe her own motivational podcast because she’s out here restoring faith in humanity one cheeseburger at a time.

10/10 would happily park, order, and be emotionally uplifted again.“

“The people who write these reviews are terible review writers.The restaurant is good, and the food is well its subway, but if you are polite to the workers they will do better and they will be more likely to be polite to you. I know people just expect others to be nice to them even when they are rude but it feels nice to be apricated. Especially since they are essential workers have have been there for you in the during the midst of a pandemic. Do better and be positive!?“

“Food was solid, they have good gyros and the meat and falafel are well done. However the fries are dissapointing, with only a hint of parsley to make their limp form look like it's worth the price. Skip the fries and sides, get the Gyro“

“The guy who took our order was great. Excellent customer service on his part. The food was absolutely terrible. Tacos were greasy and so nasty, chips were old, potato ole were sitting under heat lamp for probably a few hours. Has got to be some of the worst tacos we have eaten anywhere. I don't like being negative but this was absolutely horrible food. Will not go back. no way.“

“First time this location. Late lunch on a day of travel. Ate inside. Counter staff and wait staff were friendly. Food was well prepared and freshly cooked. Tables and self service area were well kept and clean. Will stop here again in the future when traveling I-35.“

“Placed an order through the TacoBell App picked up order through the drive-thru don't know the cashiers name. The cashier was very friendly, ensured that my order was correct, thanked us for our business. I was very impressed with his attitude & customer service. The person that made pur food deserves recognition as well the food was hot & fresh. I had placed a big order the cashier provided plenty of fire & hot sauce packets as requested with the order. Everything was fantastic I would recommend this TacoBell & I will definitely be visiting this Taco Bell I consider this one to be the best Taco Bell in Olathe. “This is my favorite fast food restaurant. I don't consider it fast food it is elevated for sure. I have never had a bad meal here ever. I have had the burgers, chicken(sandwiches and tenders), fish and or course the custard. Everything is fantastic. Also cheese curds get special mention because they are a delight.“

“I love your sandwiches much better than Subway but recently my order you guys changed your straws to a paper straw not good it makes the soda taste nasty and the straw gets soggy and falls apart whose idea was this get rid of it“

“We love the flame grilled burgers and the food was delicious! Only complaint is that the drive-thru, you have to yell for them to hear you and I'm sure they could hear us all the way to Walmart. It would be great if they would fix the issue. It is irritating to your guests to have to yell out your order.“

“Credit where it is due, this specific Taco Bell is the best I've ever been to. I swear they make everything to order. As a result, lines are a bit longer. But the food is freshly made, which makes it well worth it to me. I live nearby and come here all the time. Staff is fantastic.“

You’ll order by kiosk inside, so don’t go in expecting a 5-Star restaurant and waiter experience.

“I just wanna say- OH MY LORD! Brett is the nicest car hop ive had. I remember there was a rush and I ordered a lot like a jerk but he held out and took my order with patience and didnt get mad and even brought my food out in a bag for me! That man deserves good things in his life“

“I went to this sonic too, you know get some food and let me tell you the food wasnt that bad. i'd give it like a shiiii idk, 3/7. the prices stupid, aint nobody should be spendin that much? anywho, the wildest thing is that i had an employee tell me that they beat their hog in the bathroom because it smell bad? granted i did tip, im not a terrible human being. but i thought that was a little weird. and that they should prob get their kinks ironed out before the shift. btw i do love there piclke fry, mmmmmm. but i will be taking my business to the pizza hut across the street. thank you and goodnight.

“Not sure her name, but the girl up front wearing the color vests the last couple times I’ve been has been amazing with her super friendly customer service, always positive attitude and is very helpful. Wanted to give her a shout out! It really stuck out. The food and the rest of the staff has been really great too. Highly recommend this location.“

“I can never forget the Wendy’s finger in the chili story. Although it ended up being a hoax, the story stuck with me. Now when I go to Wendy’s I get the chili, it’s like a gambling. I hope every single time I get the finger, I’d even take a finger nail.

However every single time, their quality is to good and there is no finger. Sad day. I think they just grind it up more now.“
