“Jersey Mike's is a sub place that you pay for what you get. The quality is one of top out there, but you will be paying for that quality. Club sub is a go to for me. The hot sandwiches are also good. Mike's way gives the sandwich the finishing touch.“

“I ordered the Angus beef hamburger & it was one of the best I’ve had in Cincinnati & definitely the best that I have had at that price point. I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. I ordered online for pickup & even though they had a lot of cars in the drive through, my order was made quickly. I definitely recommend!!“

“Great place for authentic options for Philly Cheesesteak, although you do have to customize it for it to be authentic, but at least you can. Many other options for other sandwiches, hot and cold, wraps and salads. Wait times are typical and order to eat time is also typical for a properly cooked hot sandwich. Although they no longer have an app, you can still order online and pickup if you need to.“

We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“So yesterday on Thursday May 29th around 2pm I grabbed a total of 6 sandwiches, 3 fries and 2 drinks due to the $4.99 deal that was going until June 1st since I always cook I got and EX. sandwiches and I been wanting this since Memorial Day I went they were closed so I finally made it and when I ordered I always have to ask for EX. veggies and I wont blast them other Eastside locations LOL but anyway basic point is I will never have to ask for EX. at this location it was NICE and SWOLL. “I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad sandwich from jersey mikes. That being said, today’s sandwich was above and beyond. I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me. Another one had long curly hair tied up and was super kind, he hyped up my choice in toppings. The guy who sliced my meats and cheeses was very polite and the lady at the front was very sweet. I ended up eating my sandwich on fallen tree in the woods by the river, and I could taste the good vibes. I don’t do reviews often but todays crew was exceptional and I’m glad I stopped in.“
