Many other options for other sandwiches, hot and cold, wraps and salads. Wait times are typical and order to eat time is also typical for a properly cooked hot sandwich. “I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

“Loved my lunch at Penn station. I was given a free cookie! Also I didn’t realize lemonade was extra and they let me fill it anyway which was very generous. The Italian was quite good and comes with mayo unlike many other sandwich places. Cookie was delish and they toast the bread fresh so that is delish as well. I will be coming back.“

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“Great atmosphere located adjacent to St. Vincent DePaul friendly people great cook food made to order and fast. I was only in the location for less than 5 minutes from the time I ordered til the time I left. Grant is such an asset he is always happy and willing to help. I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. The sandwiches are amazing! The place has a drive thru now! How awesome is that. Everything is always fresh and made to order. I don't eat fries but I do Penn station fries. “We had not been to Penn Station in a long time, but stopped by when we got a bogo coupon. We ordered toasted Italian subs. They were so delicious that we couldn't wait to go back. The employees are very efficient. The subs are always perfect. The fans are loud so it is hard to hear inside the restaurant. Last time we got take out. It was still excellent. Hope they send out more coupons. We'll be back.“

“The McAlister’s in OHIO! I was starving and intensely craving a hot sandwich, Reubens are one of my favorite type of sandwiches, and McAlister’s is one of my favorite restaurants! As I went to pick up my order, I walked in and was beautifully welcomed and greatly helped! Every item I ordered was prepared with love and kindness! I promise, if I didn’t have to return to work that day, I would have stayed in that restaurant until closing just to hangout! “I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad sandwich from jersey mikes. That being said, today’s sandwich was above and beyond. I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me. Another one had long curly hair tied up and was super kind, he hyped up my choice in toppings. The guy who sliced my meats and cheeses was very polite and the lady at the front was very sweet. I ended up eating my sandwich on fallen tree in the woods by the river, and I could taste the good vibes. I don’t do reviews often but todays crew was exceptional and I’m glad I stopped in.“

“Went here yesterday for their charitable day and it was JAM PACKED. The girls working the register and front of house were incredible. They dealt with nasty customers with grace and handled the pressure very well. They paused during the chaos to try to help me locate our office's order after a long wait time and I am very thankful. They deserve a raise!“

Main issue is the overpriced $18 cost for just a large sandwich & fries with no drink; & they rarely have any coupons or discounts. And bring back the tuna salad sub because the vegetarian options are scarce.
