“I almost never go to Starbucks. I have Not been in years. However, I do like to go for the caramel apple spice drink. The lady over the microphone informed me that they no longer have that drink, however, suggested a drink to make it taste like the one that I like. She was very informative and very helpful! I called to talk to her manager, and they said her name was Jordan! Thank you so much for all your help and my drink came out. Delicious, I even got a cake pop! I’ve never experienced that well of customer service at Starbucks so thank you so much“

We just so happened to be in Lawrenceburg for a ski weekend and found this gem. We took the espresso toast home with us and have brewed it all week. It’s absolutely perfection!“

“This place is great! We passed through this morning on our way from Michigan to North Carolina and decided to stop here for coffee. They have great sugar free options and both our lattes were delicious! The raspberry truffle is SO GOOD! Great service, too!“

“I went in today to get a coffee and I braved it and brought my 3 year old and 10 month old. It ended up being a hot mess express with bringing my kids for many reasons but the barista Samantha was so sweet, helpful and patient the whole time. Right after I got my coffee my baby spilled all of it everywhere and she stopped what she was doing immediately to clean it up and then got me another free drink despite me telling her not to and despite it being pretty busy. I felt horrible but she made me feel comfortable and at ease. 10/10, recommend this location! Thank you Samantha!“

“I had a bad pastry expierence on my first visit that really soured my opinion. however since I have become a lover of their coffee. Their coffee is hands down the best. cold brew is top notch, service is always great and the atmosphere always seems lively and happy. highly recommend!!!“

This location has better variety while the 24 hour one down the street is either lazy or cheap and did away with the Boston Cream Donut holes as well as the jelly filled. Once the other location gave me 50 donut holes of mostly one type (chocolate and a few plain glazed) without telling me that they decided to take the lazy and or cheap route and no longer will have Boston Cream Donut holes.

This location still has my favorite Boston Cream Donut holes so I get the 50 pack assorted with it heavy on the Boston Cream ones. Because this location isnt taking the cheap and/or easy route and still has the full variety, I plan to stop in and purchase some every single time I come through.

Very friendly staff and great products at a good value. Under $15 for 50 donut holes of your choice, yum yum better go get sum.....“

“Our favorite casino! It's huge, big variety of slot machines. They always have opening on the table games! The blackjack dealers are all super friendly. Free soft drinks and a great inexpensive restaurant right in the middle of the casino. The hotel rooms are nice and clean. Highly recommend!“

“Ever since this location opened up, I don’t go to Starbucks or Dunkin anymore honestly. Biggby’s coffee just tastes better! Reasonable prices (expect to spend $7+ for your large drinks and bragels) and everything always tastes great. I tried the Lavender Matcha Latte today and it’s one of the best I’ve had! Their White Lightning and Butter Bear/Teddy Bear’s are fantastic. Nice, patient staff members who are always happy to give my little doggy a pup-cup when we go through the drive-thru! <3“

“The only authentic Ethiopian cuisine in Cincinnati. Expect to pay about $50 for two people. Have a look at my pictures; we ordered three sets this time. They used to have different options when you chose different ingredients, and they would calculate the price later. It was still about $50-$60. Very delicious. I didn't like the lentil part; it had an old oil taste, but it was still good.
A clean place, could be better. Definitely need some deep cleaning and some good styling.“

The staff are mostly all young women. They are always nice and attentive but also hard working and staying busy.

The inside is clean, even the bathrooms.

“I seldom go to Starbucks, since their coffee is outrageously expensive and even the larges are not worth $5+. However, the reason I give this franchise five stars is because the restaurant is always clean when I go in. It is a very comforting atmosphere and the staff are always very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. When I do go for their coffee, at least I can say they are better than the other big competitors like Dunkin Donuts.“

“DRIVE THRU: Order Accuracy still an issue but they are getting better with their service speed. Always friendly. Main issue is the order takers don't accurately hear the order so always check screen. Still doesn't mean the order will be delivered correctly so always check what you are handed before driving away. Overall, very glad this location is here. Just wish I didn't have to worry that my order is wrong.“

Kid-friendliness: They were great with my children. Let me know what was on the menu suitable for kids. Also let us sample every flavor refresher before purchasing anything. That way my 8 yr. daughter wasn't getting something she would not like.“
