“This was my first time at this franchise. There are 10-12 “base” sandwiches. You fill out your bag with the options you want. I like all of the topping options available. Truly unlimited options-like the blaze pizza of sandwiches. I got the chocolate chip cookie and it was pretty good.“

“I'm visiting from New Zealand and this was my first time at McAlister's Deli.Our server Shamaya was polite and kind, dining area was clean. Bathrooms were also clean.Food was good, the menu didn't state that my jacket potato came with olives but it was covered in them. Luckily my partner loves olives ? Portion sizes were huge, good value for money.“
“A little pricy for deli sandwiches, but dang are they good, and fairly large portions too. Their house honey mustard is delicious. When they're busy, you'll definitely wait... but everytime I've been here, it's been worth the wait.“
“This really is the best Subway we’ve been able to find in Louisville, and not even by a little. We’ve never had a bad experience here, the sandwiches are made excellent with ingredients that are carefully laid out. This is also probably the cleanest subway I’ve ever seen anywhere in the country.“
“I always order 3 mcalister club sandwiches and 4 bbq and 4 jalapeño chips every time. I usually never have a problem but today was just a mistake they missed up on my sandwiches and the blond young lady act like there was a problem with me. she treated me like I was dirty. I hate feeling miss placed in a place I eat 3-4 times a week and spends $30-$50 dollars every time. I hate to take my money elsewhere but if that continues or happen again I will no longer eat there nor recommend anyone else.“
“McAlister's food is always good, especially their soups. Unfortunately, today was the exception. We had the potato and the broccoli and cheese soups and both soups were very thin and running. Usually McAlister's soups are rich, thick and hearty.Since I really enjoy their food, I'll try them again because I'm sure it was just a fluke this time.“
“I stop here quite often, and I absolutely love the food here. Try the corn beef or the turkey avocado salad, and they have great service. the only thing I suggest is that the dishwasher needs to step up his game, I always have to ask for clean silverware“

One of them even told me I inspired her to try something new based on how I ordered my sandwich! I have tried every sandwich shop in the Louisville area... I have never gotten such wonderful service... I will definitely be back!“
“I usually don't have anything critical or negative to say about McAlister's but the past two times we've gotten food there we've found some things lacking. "Spuds" that were very overdone and dry. Once was when we ordered delivery for 6 people (spent just over $100 so a leathery and clearly not-fresh potato was.pretty disappointing. Also my.cup of chili had quite a bit of gristle/small pieces of fat. I've never had that problem with chili from there before but it was extremely off-putting and I won't be getting the chili again any time soon. The tea, of course, is always perfect. I like unsweet, the rest of the fam prefers the sweet tea. Both are quite good. I didn't like the "pulpiness" of the lemonade but that's just a personal preference. Also I wish they'd bring back the orange-cramberry sauce for the turkey club sandwich.Kid-friendliness: Decent kids menu options.Parking: Plenty of parking.Dietary restrictions: Our family has long appreciated the option of veggie chili (we have two vegetarians in our household) as well as the gluten free bread (family member with celiac disease).“
“We were searching for a Subway in the area and went to Yelp. I first went to the one on Shelbyville Road but realized it was in Walmart and didn't want the hassle of parking - so I found this one not far away. The sandwiches are always good at Subway and this one was as good as the others. The people behind the counter were very helpful and very attentive to my order. I tried the new Hotshot Italiano and was very happy with it. My wife got her usual tuna and was very pleased with it.“

“Chain restaurant, the soda machine is a bit off today and the coke taste was not good. I guess I should have gotten the tea. Was pretty busy for a Tuesday. The employees were nice and very helpful. Very clean location, the tables were a little tightly spaced together for my liking so next time I'll sit in a booth.“
“This restaurant has 5 star service! Sometimes it can be hard to find a restaurant that will review ingredients to ensure it is safe for my child with food allergies to eat. That wasn't an issue here because the gentleman at the counter, Dhaval, was incredibly empathetic and patient with our situation. He showed us the list of ingredients and made sure we felt comfortable with the menu items (yummy pizza and sandwiches) before we ordered them! High recommendation, best experience we have ever had at a Subway!“
