“Rather than take another distillery tour, we opted to have lunch here on the Jim Beam campus and order drinks from the bar. The food was delicious as were the seasonal drinks with their bourbons. The waitstaff was attentive and it wasn’t busy at all on the Sunday we stopped here.“

“We visited here for a birthday party earlier today. The girl who waited on us was named Kaylee. She was fantastic. However there were 30+ of us and she was running the show alone. The kitchen mixed up our food and we had missing food. She was running 95% of the food to us and got ALL of our drinks by herself. She was the only server assigned to us and she did ALL the work. As a server myself for 10+ years that's absolutely ridiculous. I've always shared a party that large with another server and if for some reason I was on my own my coworkers helped me with drinks and helped run food. She had no team players except ONE time a young lady helped by bringing two appetizers to the table. A manager should always come see how service and food is before the party leaves and we didn't see a manager for the 3 hours we were there. Thank you to Kaylee for handling the party on her own, you were fantastic ma'am.“

“Pizza's are great but tried a few new to us things for New Years and what a disappointment. Fries were obviously old and had been sitting under a heat lamp or similar. Threw them out after first taste. Whole Garlic "Loaf" was a sub roll cut in half. All of 6"-7" long. For it's price, not worth it either. Chocolate silk pie ($19.99) more crust than pie fillings. Save your money and just buy one from Kroger/Walmart/Meijers.“

“I called Roosters (Bardstown Rd) several months ago and spoke with Sierra to reserve a space to have a rehearsal dinner for 25-35 ppl. She was kind and helpful. When we arrived tonight, we were greeted by friendly people who were ready for our group. Our server, Marsha, was super! She listened to our requests, managed to keep our crazy group straight and did a phenomenal job of taking care of us all. The food was good. The atmosphere was great. A wonderful experience!! The only issue I had was with the bartender and his lack of customer service and professionalism. The bartender was very unorganized and the drinks were terrible. I’ve never had to wait for a table at this location. The staff is quick to bring your chips and salsa, as well as taking drink orders. The salsa is terrific.

Choose from a variety of dishes ranging from burritos to seafood. You can’t go wrong, everything is good! Personal favorite is the new Carnitas Fajitas. And be ready to eat because it’s coming out quick!
