First, splendid customer service. Ellie served us, helped us sample, was extremely patient with me being a newbie, explained things well, was kind and all done with a great smile!
Then, Grant the manager heard I was from out of town and offered me a Chip Wheelie to try, which he paid for!!
Lastly, The Black Raspberry Chip is TO DIE FOR!! BEST I have EVER had, and I have traveled alot and love ice cream. Wish I could give MORE than 5 stars!!“

“Walked in today right as the owner was closing. He had already cleaned all equipment and once I noticed and apologized for walking in so late, he encouraged me to stay and offered to make me a shake and tea combo. It's rare today to not get turned away at close and I greatly appreciated the hospitality. And the shake and tea were fantastic; I feel much better!“

“The maple square was amazing, and the service was fast but no one acknowledged me until they were handing me the food. Not a big deal but a simple wave would've made me feel more comfortable as it was my very first time in a Crumbl store.
That and how busy they were didn't help the atmosphere. I mean yay. You're busy. But it was a small area with 2 other people waiting and workers working their butt's off. Not a great atmosphere.“

“This is response to the lady, I believe Jackie is the name, that had the horrible experience at the Widow's Walk Ice Creamery. You mentioned the owner is responsible for the, let's be honest...very few one star reviews for the business. Have you noticed the number of 5 star reviews that she is also responsible for? This business has endured several staff shortages over the years because it is just a mom and pop set up. They serve hundreds of people and she is always there to help. That is not just a business, but it is also her home. Nobody is coming to your place to tell you not to feed cats or anything else. What she does on the privacy of her own porch is none of your business. 692 reviews with an average of 4.5 is about as solid as you will find for an ice cream shop. You obviously took a misunderstanding and decided to attack on social media. This was not the best way to handle your poor experience. I truly think you should go back and talk to Jill and see about having a new experience that will mirror what the majority of patrons say about this small business in Indiana. This is a business that is not a chain or large scale business. It is family run and continues to please most people. Give them another shot and think about what you are saying within your posts. I understand focusing on the specific experience, but then you got personal with the cats and appears you exaggerated much of what you observed on that day. “Kid-friendliness: The staff member who was working on our visit (3/12/24) was very kind to my kids who have been wanting to try rolled ice cream for a bit now! ? They were very excited, which didn't seem to perturb him a bit thankfully!They got Cookie Monster rolls with sprinkles, chocolate chips, and M&M's which they just loved! “I dont know why there is this many one star reviews, but when I went to this ice cream shop it was phenomenal. The workers are very nice and the ice cream was great. The inside was fairly nice too a little dirty but the workers were trying their best on cleaning. The inside was also pretty chill a lot of decorations that looked cool. You guys should try this!“
“Cute little Creperie stand in the Logan St Market. Crepes were made well, however they ran out of onions and peppers?? Unsure how you can run out of something so basic. The person in the stand had plenty of time to do some mise en place between orders.
The dessert crepe we had—Nutella Deluxe—was very tasty and properly stuffed, whereas the savory one had hardly any toppings. Otherwise, I would’ve rated this place 5 stars.“

“First of all, we are not even sweets eaters. But, after our recent trip to Italy for the first time, we have been longing for authentic gelato. Stopped in tonight to get some to go, honestly was trying to keep my hopes reasonable. Bought mint choc chip, salted caramel and orange creamsicle. Tried two and oh my!!! The creamy texture and flavors took us right back! Love this place and will return!“
