“I have been down on McDonald's for awhile now. Decided to stop in because I was in a hurry. I'm glad I did. The service was fast and the food actually tested good. Big Macs used to be my favorite, but at most places they are just bland. Not today. It was perfect. All my food was. Even called to thank them for it. Would definitely go back to this location.“

After a few recommendations I decided to go with something and when I did, I was not disappointed. I’m sure there is multiple other things there that are very good but all in all great experience very well ran and very respectful employees will definitely be going back and recommending it to others. They sure did brighten my evening!“

“Stopped in for a coffee, left with a DELICIOUS peaches and cream latte and a newfound love for canned fish — thanks to Meg Z. She made the dreamy, summery latte and somehow inspired us to try a tin of smoked trout I’d normally be too scared to touch. Spoiler: it was delicious.

The place is cozy, creative, and just weird enough in the best way. Come for the coffee, stay for the surprises (and maybe a designer tin of mackerel).“

“This is a fantastic place to get your coffee fix and a quality breakfast. The staff are very kind and personable, they want to get to know you. The espresso is very very good, locally roasted by Ithmah Coffee Roaster. It has a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating. They also hold many events that you and your loved ones can attend. 10/10 would recommend!“

“I spent my mornings here during my stay in Louisville during Louder Than Life. There was no better way to start your day than to chit chat to the beautiful owner of this place. I am missing my morning Americano brew and a yummy sandwich as I get back to my "normal" life here in Canada. If you are in the vicinity of this cafe, please do yourself a favor and drop in. I hope I get to make it back next year for LTL and a fresh brewed cup.“

“My friends and I just spent 3 days in the Highlands, and we visited Safai Coffee every single day. Every drink we tried was fantastic, and every food item was delicious! We also stocked up on their awesome merch as well (yay LGBTQIA+ friendly businesses!). We are now back home in Illinois and I’m craving a Black Magic latte like crazy! We will definitely be back next time we are in Louisville! 🖤“

They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this“

“Love this Heine Brothers, very consistently good cappuccino, friendly, efficient service.
There is a beautiful, covered courtyard partially draped under a vine-covered pergola. Nice to sit and people watch, read, or write.

Only complaint is that the courtyard area is not wheelchair accessible because of both steps and gravel floor.
Inside is very accessible though.“

“I finally got to drop by Switchboard. This place is literally down the street from where I work. They open at 7 AM and I’m not gonna lie, it’s been on my list for places to visit especially when you need that morning coffee! It’s part of the Myriad Hotel and it’s very adorable. They do coffee as well as cocktails. I decided to get a chai latte. The space is very inviting with a great ambience. They have ample seating which is a great option on a day where you have time to hang out. My dirty chai latte was very tasty with a shot of espresso. I can’t wait to go back and grab a pastry. It will make for a lovely treat on a workday.“

“Had to update my previous review to my experience today! The employee drink specials are always fun. The Jack O Lantern is particularly delicious! The egg bites with potato and Gouda along with the biscuit with egg and bacon were particularly yummy. Staff at this location are always friendly and hard working! Worth a visit or several!“

“This is my first time ever going into the establishment.
I was not greeted. I stood there waiting at the counter for about five minutes. They were busy, but no one even looked at me. They intentionally ignored me. I walked out walked in. Waited some more then got greeted then got service. Food was exactly as expected great.
They did not call out my order to let me know when it was ready. Just a little disappointing as locally they have a good name these are reasons why someone may not come back.“
