“I’m not usually a complainer, but it’s been a while since I’ve been here, did I miss where they were cutting the size of their patty’s in half?!? Usually a little burger(one patty) is plenty, but today it wasn’t any bigger than a McD’s patty. Definitely not worth the price, today. Hope this was a fluke. 🤨“

“I'm so impressed with the staff that was on duty the evening we came to celebrate my sons birthday. Our group of kids made a mess, but the counter clerk was absolutely the most gracious about it and insisted she take care of the clean up!! They had our tailgate food hot and ready as requested. “This was my first time ever eating at a Chick-fil-A restaurant and I can honestly say I do wish I'd decided to eat here a long time ago! The food was amazing, the service was awesome & we received our food very quickly. No wait time really at all. Plus it was fresh so that's a huge plus to me. Id highly recommend this restaurant to anyone & I'll definitely be eating here again!“
“This is the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever entered. Service was great and although one small detail was not right, it was fixed immediately. I stopped going to Taco Bell over the last few years because it was dirty but this one on Hope Court is great!“

“We ate here after Big Blue Madness - it was nice to get away from the chaos of downtown. We had eaten at other restaurants like this but not this particular location/chain. Upon entering there were only a few customers and we noticed plenty of staff working. There were several dirty tables so I’m going to assume they had been busy previously. The staff member greeting us was very helpful but the staff who made pizzas and ran the cash register were vague and didn’t speak loud enough to where we consistently had to ask them to repeat themselves. Our pizzas came out hot and tasty and they had blood orange lemonade that was fantastic. Would eat here again.“

“All the people there are very nice. Their food is always hot. They always have it out to you as soon as possible.
Parking: There’s at least eight parking spots opened
Kid-friendliness: Everyone of the workers there are kind they try to fix everything that they can
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors open wide enough for wheelchair. The counter is low enough for you to see if you’re in a wheelchair. The tables are wheelchair accessibility.“

“The owner/manager of this store is always pleasant, efficient and thoughtful. Even when it’s busy.

I will drive out of my way to Mall Rd. to this store vs the one on Saron by Wal-Mart Market. The people, especially the manager at that store are always unpleasant, rude and overwhelmed.“

“Last weekend I went with my school on a field trip. Going through the line was fine, but as we got up to the counter the lady told us that the pop machine was down. Lemonade was a 10/10, the waffle fries were over salted, but other than that it was pretty good. Only issue I had was the woman who took the name from the order got my boyfriends name wrong, he told her "Ruiz, R-U-I-Z" and she put "Ryez" on the order lol. It was funny after though cause the guy who read it off looked just as confused as we were 💀“

“Brevan was absolutely amazing! He took our order, brought our food to the table, checked on us twice, refilled our breadsticks, and then got us containers to go! He was doing it all and was smiling the entire time. I was beginning to wonder if he’s the only person in the restaurant working because he was doing it all!! “I went to this Wendy's after an Oncology appt yesterday. I was starving, but really only wanted a frosty and fries.. something to tie me over.
The worker there, David, was incredible with me and another customer that was in Wendy's.
He patiently asked the elderly person, after me, if he wanted particular items on his sandwich...to make sure the order was right.
David has kindness and compassion, that we don't see so much in our hurried world today..and then to see it in a fast food setting!!? I was amazed and impressed.
Thank you David ...for taking time to make people feel important. You are awesome!

“When we received our order and got it on the counter it was already being consumed when I realized it was not the correct order. Moments later our driver returned with the correct order! He said he had never had that happen! He was super chill and we both apologized! Hope the driver gets good marks for customer service! He was great!!“

“Stopped in later in the evening with my family. Business was light. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms. We ordered a family meal for four, which was plenty. Didn't know they had spicy filets now. Got our half original and spicy. Okra was good but needed salt. Staff was very helpful in helping us make side choices. Note that half of the sides have .89 upcharge.
Parking: Number of slots in the parking lot easily equal building capacity“

“Wonderful workers, very kind! They are willing to change/add/detract whatever you need on the sandwich. Very clean and vibrant. The chips and such are always stocked. The subway is accessible for wheelchairs and there is enough space to eat comfortably that isn't right next to line. Bathrooms are well maintained.“

“I never expect much from fast food chains but i know that i can always count on this McDonald's. Food always come out fresh and they know how to make coffee! Their coffee is always strong and i'm glad they don't add tons of creamer or syrup to my coffee! Great management. Lovin it'“

“Went in for lunch today and due to a power outage earlier in the day, the card machine wasn’t working. They told me to come back and pay later in the day, which I did.I applaud them for having a lot of trust in me, for only having come in a few times. Will come back!“
