“Found this little gem and it is now one of my favorite places! My daughter and I rarely go to one place for a full meal and opt to choose a place for apps, main course and dessert. We arrived around 12 and ordered spring rolls and brisket steamed buns… when I tell you this is the best I have had of both and we have had our share of bao and spring rolls!!!
The brisket was mouth watering tender with this sweet perfection of sauce, the buns PERFECTLY steamed and the spring rolls were rolled to perfection with the best peanut sauce. We got it to go, but it looked so amazing we didn’t make it out of the door. Their Thai tea was also some of the best I have ever had! Honestly the place was so good we came back that evening for the same thing!! Give this place a try, the service was top tier and it’s definitely my new go to!“

“There are several options for vegans - including spring rolls, bahn mi's, and curry. I had the fried Tofu bahn mi. The freshest bread and the loveliest of tastes. For $8, a very generous portion. The Vietnamese iced tea was delicious. Such a lovely looking and quiet space - very civilized:) The hostess/waitress could not have been more helpful or welcoming. Wow, what a great spot!“

“Place was packed when I walked in. Luckily I got a seat at the bar. My body was craving pho, so that’s what I got. I ordered the veggie pho and added tofu. It did not disappoint. Tons of flavor and the veggies cooked just right. Definitely recommend Updated from previous review on 2025-12-20“

“I start most days here with a delicious iced coffee and one of the fresh pastries made in house. It’s a true delight. Erin has to be the most attentive server I’ve ever met. She consistently goes above and beyond expectations not only for me but all patrons. Lily is also fantastic. They are both so personable and make you feel welcome there. True hidden gem of an experience.“

“I came here last night with my two year old early in the evening. We were able to get seated immediately and the restaurant was welcoming. I had the pork spring rolls and the pho with steak and brisket at our server’s suggestion. Both absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone and particularly to families.“

“Hands-down the best banh mi around. I have been getting their spicy combo for at least the last 15 years and I will make a special trip to get one. Have tried many other spots around the city and nothing comes close to flavor, size and price. Matter of fact, I’m going to get one today.“

“Legit Bahn Mi, the only person working was slammed busy, they were understaffed but she was efficient and courteous, she deserves better.

Food was delicious, the bread was absolutely on point with the perfect texture with really good ratios of meat to pickled veggies.

No Vietnamese restaurant in NYC or elsewhere has compared to Jazmine Cafe. Every time I travel back to New Orleans, a meal here is a must. Thank you for the delicious food. “My sister and I had lunch here with 4 of our kids. It was packed when we got there. Great little family atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious. The family was so nice and attentive even though it was really busy. For the people complaining about the prices going up, have y'all been to the grocery store lately? In keeping with inflation, the prices were reasonable. Definitely planning to make this a regular family going out to dinner spot.“

“With so many great restaurants along Frenchman St, it's perfect to have a Deli to located right in the heart of it. They stay open late and have wonderful sandwiches in the back which you order at the register. I had the shrimp po-boy and it was perfect. A great selection of other convenience store needs as well as a great selection of beer.“

“Nine of us came here. It’s only a 5 minute walk from our hotel. It was a quiet Wednesday night so we found seats right away. Server came right over and took our drink orders. Decent size menu with very reasonable prices. Good selection of pho which most of us got. My rare beef one was excellent with no need for extra sauces. I would call it a medium to small bowl. I had not eaten all day so I was hungry. I ordered two spring rolls which were good size. Delicious. I had two large hit sakes. Bill came to $57. No problem with separate checks. Very pleasant, friendly service.“
