“Run don't walk to Pagu for absolutely scrumptious food that weaves together Japanese and Spanish Basques Cuisines! A must order is the Tuna Collar - I've never had anything like it - it's huge, great for a crowd, bone-suckingly good (literally have done that) served with rice and nori! Also make sure you don't miss Tracy Chang's homemade nonalcoholic sparking teas - my favorites are the genmaicha and the hojicha - again I've never tasted a drink like this anywhere else. And then you have to end the night with a Basque Cheesecake - I particularly love when Pagu makes a seasonal Matcha or Ube Basque cheesecake! Pagu's dishes and drinks are across the board innovative but also welcoming and absolutely delicious!“

My dad loved the seitan reuben and cauliflower po boy, and I ADORED the impossible ground beef chop cheese and Nashville hot chicken (seitan). And absolute W. “Great food but lately El Jefe's is taking a hit on bad reviews due to @GrubHub's poor ordering system with algorithm issues which I have brought to their attention, and seems they still haven't fixed since I placed an order months prior. On 3 separate occasions on the same date and time I received my order incorrect. When I compared the order from my GrubHub account against the receipt received from El Jefe's, it was determined I was missing many items from my burrito bowl. I contacted GrubHub in which they kept refunding me, and I also mentioned the issue. I ordered El Jefe's 2 more times and the same error occurred both times. I could see once they mess up the order due to reading it wrong but not 3x. El Jefe's only puts an order together based on the ordering slips they receive from GrubHub, so if something is off with GrubHub's ordering system that is what the restaurant is receiving and thus creating the order from. As much as these food delivery services are ripping off these restaurants, they got a nerve to make the restaurant take accountability for their mess ups and ordering errors. They're already scamming these vendors out of $$$ and continue to affect these companies in a negative manner. Time for these vendors to go back to the old delivery ways and cut the greedy middle man! These good delivery services are a total rip off with their high fees, whacked discounts that don't add up, and lack of customer service.“

“Depends what you are looking for. If it is traditional Cuban food, go elsewhere. If you are interested in latin american food wirh a Cuban flair, you will like this place. I am a native born cuban and I will approach these type of restauranrs wirh a Cuban Nouveu cuisine mentally so I am not immediately disapointed and can approach it more open minded. So think of hispanic food with a Cuban flair. If so, I was impressed with their small plates and entrees. Tasty and well thought out dishes. Nice cocktails with Cuban flair but some standards are available. See photos for their original Hemingway Daiquiri which was quite good. Service was friendly but could have been better but place was packed on a Friday night. Deserts were interesting. The Tres Leches was differnt and recommended. Prices were not cheap but reasonable and much cheaper than Mariel

“Found this place on Google & Pinterest. So glad we gave it a try. The chicken corn soup was sweet and delicious, we had pork and cabbage dumplings, spring rolls, hot tea, fried rice and kimchi. It was all delicious. I don’t use chop sticks so they brought me a fork. Would highly recommend this place it was busy but we don’t have to wait long for a table and they had a steady line of to go orders going out as well.“

“Walking in to this restaurant, the first thing I noticed was the warm, delicious smell taking over the room. After looking over the menu thoroughly, I settled on the Mantwo appetizer and Qabelee entree - I was really hungry! The qabelee turned out to be such a large portion I could not finish, but I was given a box and have no regrets. This was the most tender lamb I have ever eaten. Every bite of the meal, from the first tear of bread dipped in cilantro sauce, to the last forkful of rice I could fit in, was absolutely delicious. Our server Tahmina was friendly, patient, and very knowledge about the menu and happy to answer questions. I would absolutely recommend The Helmand and hope to visit again soon!“

“This review is long overdue, but this is a great Thai small business to support. The place is cozy [with seasonal outdoor seating] and the staff is always warm. The Drunken noodles are my go-to and it is a generous portion of noodles AND protein...for the most part. I strongly discourage paying extra for extra protein as I paid $3 for EXTRA protein and received 3 small shrimp. This seems to be a trend as I have ordered DN at two other places and the extra fee was not reflected in the portion delivered. But Mae does deliver consistently outside of this.“

“My husband (who is vegan) and I were in the Boston/Cambridge area for work and selected Base Crave for our first meal out. We met two people from his job and noticed that the place was empty except for us and the staff. That worried me, but after eating, my only thought was “people need to eat here! They don’t know what they’re missing!” The 4 of us ordered vegetarian mo mo (omg - yum!), vegetable samosas, chicken tikka masala (I didn’t try it but was told it was good), Tofu Mushroom stir-fry chilies mild which was okay, probably because we got it mild, Plantain curry (my hubby says fabulous!), plain naan (very good), and the Mushroom Stir-fry Noodles, mild. My husband and I agreed that the best things on the table were the Mo mo and the stir-fry noodles, both had fabulous flavor! We definitely recommend this place and would love to eat there again!“

Buttery but light and flaky, cooked just right - understated perfection in a bag! I grew up in France, and this is honestly one of the best French pastries I have had in 28 years living in the US. Even in France it's not every day you find one this good! We’ll be going there for more, can’t wait to try what else they have to offer!“

Online ordering was time efficient for everyone and child friendly in a location that is generally very child unfriendly.“

The butter was rich and smooth, and the biscuit was warm and flaky. The focaccia egg sandwich was another standout, with great flavor in every bite.
