Have driven by hundreds of times......not sure what I was thinking....it took figuring out that you can't get Alaskan King crab legs at Legal Seafoods to force me to try this place out. Took an order to go. A+ yes messy....very messy the middle Hot sauce was excellent and everywhere. Good fun. Shared as an appetizer and we all agree Good stuff. They have "All you can Eat" on Sat and Sun I believe for $30 so a great deal. We will try again. Tiny place maybe 10-12 tables so use OpenTable. I tried Boston they did not have anything for 3-4 days at 7pm. Also had a Brookline reservation. There are ~24 locations in 8-10 states.“

The muscle on the scallops are not removed which are very tough to eat. Also I feel they are gritty. “I love StockYard. We haven't been in a long time as we moved faraway. Now, after 10 years we came back and it was like we never stopped coming to eat here. The food was super delicious. The NY Sirloin, and the tenderness of the Fille Minog was extraordinary. Outstanding customer service. The drinks were superb. “Hands down THE MOST creative omakase I've ever been to. The chef literally takes imported fresh, authentic fish from Japan and pushes the boundaries with them in unthinkable yet genius ways.

Every piece he delivers is a masterpiece. He brilliantly hits different ratios of sweet/savory and intentionally incorporates variety in texture in literally everything he serves up. This man can COOK.

I would like to add that I have never been a fan of uni, but the chef changed my mind on that real quick. That's crazy. It was actually one of my favorite pieces from the whole set.

I would also like to add that one of the courses was a plate of multiple slices of perfectly cooked, geniusly assembled wagyu. That blew my mind. It was the best form of wagyu I've ever had, and I was so glad we got a small plate of it instead of one slice. Each piece assimilated into my tongue and gave me a sample of heaven. Praise the Lord for that.

The meal tastefully ended with two dessert courses. Bravo. I love dessert. Both of them went NUTS. Both were the best desserts I've ever had at any omakase, but I personally loved the second to last the most. Think of like a rice crispy, but give it an Asian twist, then level it up and evolve it all the way like your favorite Pokémon. Seriously, I wish I had an elf in my brain taking notes on each dish for me because they were so unique that I couldn't even comprehend how to describe the flavors more concretely right now.

The establishment was clean, simple, yet very homey —like if you had an uncle who turned his kitchen into an omakase joint. The chef was so very kind and sweet. He was great at making conversation and making you feel seen on a more personal level, which is way more than I can say for most places. Mind you, although it was a 6 seater, he was still a one man team —and he executed everything perfectly in a timely manner amidst the friendly convo. Just impressive. A gem among gems and a MUST try. Please, somebody just give this man some Michelin stars already.“

Our main meal consisted of 1 lb of Alaskan King Crab which we requested to be cracked opened and plated .I chose a special which was cuts of filet topped with asparagus and crabmeat with an add on of an 8oz lobster tail. “Found this place on google, me and my brother stopped by on our way back from Maine to Virginia. Absolutely delicious, the crab cakes were on point. The lobster on the roll was fresh, a little too much bread in lobster to bread ratio, still it was phenomenal. The highlight of the menu though, is the lobster bisque. Best bisque I had in my 9 days in New England and I ate seafood everyday.“

“First time checking out the Billerica location, we go to the Tewksbury location all the time. This location is located inside of an old
Colonial style building. The bar side looked great but we sat in the dining room. The menu is the same and the quality of food is great. The craft beer selection was decent with a few local breweries represented, including Spy Glass Stateline IPA. Which was tasty. I got the Western Burger which did not disappoint either. Fries are always great, nice and crispy!
