“I only visited to quiet 🤫 hunger pangs, the unauthorized sequel to Games 🎯, and I was short on time. The Furikake Mac Salad appetizer looked good, the ingredients read okay, and the price is right ▶️! It tasted good and held me over till dinner.

“Really really good sushi but the seating is 6 tiny seats in total downstairs and it is incredibly cramped. This place is ill-suited for dine-in. If i am ever back in this city i'd probably pickup sushi from this place and eat somewhere else. Also they do not let you drink alcohol inside the establishment which is a strange rule.“

Good quality fish, creative rolls, and efficient service. The price-to-value ratio can’t be beat. Tastes that much better with the reasonable prices. Note that you can tell the fish is not top-notch quality, but it hits all the right notes for an everyday sushi craving. Some rolls are more outstanding than others. My favorite so far was one that incorporated crunchy tempura bits into the minced tuna topping (forgot the name!).

We enjoyed lunch on a late Sunday afternoon and highly recommend the beef fried rice, Chirashi sushi bowl, and the tuna poke bowl. “My 8 and 10 year old and I LOVED eating in the restaurant and our whole family loves it as take out and delivery. In particular, my kids loved the ramen saying it's the best they've tasted. We all loved the sushi (SO fresh) and I particularly loved giving the Sushi Chef (who I hear is a master who would love to practice his craft creatively off menu when given the chance :) my loves, preferences and any dietary constraints and he just surprised us w/delicious stuff of his own creation. “Visited this jazz and Asian restaurant for first time. Food was great with a wide selections of sushi, soups, and fusion dishes. The service was fast and very effective. The main addition was the four piece local jazz band. All four musicians were enjoyable to listen to and played a wide array of selections and styles.

“Sushi Man is a restaurant with a long history in the Newton area, first being located in a smaller area right off of Route 9 before moving to their current location a few years ago.

The staff are really friendly and make the food quite quickly, reminds me of the service we used to get in the past.

The food was of good quality and how I remember it. It does tend to be on the expensive side for these meals, but was still pretty good and tasted well. The sushi was fresh, with good rice to fish ratio and presented well. The udon had a good broth that went well with the noodles, and had some toppings and sides that were crisp and tasty.“
