“I didn’t even like donuts until I tried the Boston cream donut from Blackbird. Now I randomly crave donuts at 8 pm when they’ve already closed and I have to (impatiently) wait until the next morning. Anyway - these are the best, softest donuts I’ve ever had and you have to try them too. Plus the staff is super friendly and the coffee is great!“

And JP Licks was the only place that made me smile when I was happy, sad , mad or even upset. “The cookie sandwiches are out of control good. It was hard to choose but I’m glad I can’t get here easily or often because I would want to eat one every day. There was a small food tour in the day I went by, and I asked if it was a vegan food tour. It wasn’t; the ice cream is just so good that self-declared Omni “foodies” want it too!“

“I didn’t hear about this place until I saw people walking around with boxes. I decided to go check them out. There were about 100 people waiting in line when I arrived. The line moved fairly quickly. It was cash only, but you can order online in advance so I chose to do that. The pasties themselves were nothing special, canollis were not fresh, donut was stale. There are better pasties in Boston, not worth the wait.“

EVERYTHING is vegan! And I was so impressed with the flavors. They didn't make up for any lacks with more sugar either. I felt satisfied and like the flavor I got was well-balanced, with it being birthday cake, a flavor I never get for fear of it being weird or overly sweet. It was perfect. Their lemon flavor I tried was amazing too.
