She was friendly and accommodating. She was was made for the food service and retail business. I observed her multi-tasking while making the customer her priority.

“There was a young man working there July 10 at 6pm who deserved to be sent to corporate.
I was having a tough day, likely worst day of year. I never get Starbucks, ever. Today I stepped in cuz I needed some water. He was so genuine and had good attitude. I bought some few times and he asked of my day and I responded I have had better. He noticed me eyeing the cookie so he slipped one in my bag. Then came up to me and wished me a better day. He was glowing with kindness and self awareness. I tried to tip him and he would not have it - he said I am kind because I want to be not because I think you’d tip me.

“I went in for a return tonight, around 5:40 p.m. The two gentlemen who helped me were the nicest Starbucks employees I have ever met in the U.S. They went above and beyond to help me figure out the best way to process this return, the process took a little time because it's not something they do a lot, but they were very patient with me and tried different ways. I usually don't write reviews for Starbucks, but I want to let the management team know how lucky they are to have employees like this. Today was the 1st day of Hello Kitty collection release and I have heard two girls in front of me asking one of the gentlemen about them, he explained it was sold out right after they opened, with a smile. “This is an airport location so they don't have their own seating. But it's located in the Boston Public Market area by Gate 28 so there is seating and standing tables shared with the other businesses. I just had a croissant which was good and hard to mess up. My beverage was the usual Starbucks good and they're fast, especially given that there are usually a ton of people in line. I ordered ahead (Starbucks BOS Terminal C Gate 28") and was also able to use the new function to use my own cup. Win win.“
