“I went in for a return tonight, around 5:40 p.m. The two gentlemen who helped me were the nicest Starbucks employees I have ever met in the U.S. They went above and beyond to help me figure out the best way to process this return, the process took a little time because it's not something they do a lot, but they were very patient with me and tried different ways. I usually don't write reviews for Starbucks, but I want to let the management team know how lucky they are to have employees like this. Today was the 1st day of Hello Kitty collection release and I have heard two girls in front of me asking one of the gentlemen about them, he explained it was sold out right after they opened, with a smile. I'm sure he has answered that question many, many times today, but he was still being so friendly. I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but my receipt said I left the store at 5:48 p.m., this should help management to know who was working during that time. They really deserve a raise for their outstanding service!“

“I don’t understand the bad reviews for this location. I was in town for 7 days during a software conference and had zero issues getting quality coffees and ice tea at this location. Admittedly, every order was through the app but none of the wait times via the app exceeded 7 minutes and my item was always ready at the end of the counter when I arrived. This was morning, noon, and mid afternoon. I ordered twice a day and the results were always fast and the quality was as I’ve been accustomed at any other Starbucks.

Closing at 5p on the one day of the year when most people are staying up late? Seems questionable. At any rate, I went to this Starbucks because I live in the area, and it's a great location. “This is an airport location so they don't have their own seating. But it's located in the Boston Public Market area by Gate 28 so there is seating and standing tables shared with the other businesses. I just had a croissant which was good and hard to mess up. My beverage was the usual Starbucks good and they're fast, especially given that there are usually a ton of people in line. I ordered ahead (Starbucks BOS Terminal C Gate 28") and was also able to use the new function to use my own cup. Win win.“

“This is the Starbucks at Terminal A Gates 13-22.The baristas are very sweet but the lines are long thanks to constant demand. So if you're thinking of grabbing a drink before your flight, time it and prepare for 15-20 min. Otherwise everything was prepared right and well.“
