“Absolutely delicious food“

“Kenzoku Mazesoba is a great eatery for comforting, brothless ramen (mazesoba). The interior is bright and the staff are accommodating.

The meal started with three warm Kurobuta sausages that were topped with pickled red cabbage and a mustard-based sauce over fresh greens. Overall, a well-rounded appetizer with a nice balance of textures, richness, and acid.

Next, the torched Hamachi roll had fresh fish slices laid on a roll and then torched. The hamachi was then topped with black tobiko and complemented with fresh ginger and wasabi. The roll was light and tasty.

The Yuzu Shio Ramen was the standout and featured braised pork chashu and a delicious poached egg. The medium-bodied noodles were a pleasant to chew with the toppings.

The vegetable mazesoba (vegan) included tofu soboro, mix of corn, quinoa, red pickles, and other goodies. It was a lighter flavor and we appreciated the opportunity to order the truffle oil on the side.

Overall, recommended for a casual and pleasant dinner among family and friends. The food quality and atmosphere make this hidden gem a great choice.“

“Really good food and the waitresses are super cool and nice! The chef the waitress take a picture of how he does the spicy cucumbers (so good)! Everything I ordered was great, the lobster fried rice, salt & pepper wings & spicy cucumbers. Only thing I would suggest is more rice with the lobster fried rice. Besides that my time was excellent!“

“We have a new office in Boston. So periodically I drive down from our main office to the Boston location and every time I do, I have resolved to try a new restaurant. This was today’s choice and it was SPECTACULAR! My server was fantastic. The food came out quickly and was insanely good. I didn’t know how big my stir-fried rice cake bowl would be so I ordered the sweet and sour pork loin to go with it. But the rice cake bowl was huge and tasted incredible. Lots of heat, lots of fresh prepared veggies and meat. 10/10 would recommend that dish. The pork tenderloin I tried and 10/10 would recommend it as well. The location is a bit small and that is literally the only nit I can pick. If you’re in this area, get some take out or eat in , you won’t regret it!!“

“I love how this place has both Thai and Vietnamese food, it’s such a good combo. Everything tasted really fresh and absolutely delicious. The lychee smoothie with popping boba was so refreshing. I’d definitely recommend trying it if you’re in the area. Added to one of my favorite spots!“

“I ordered the Pho King and it was super delicious!!! The broth was flavorful and seasoned, the beef was tender, and the vegetables and noodles were cooked perfectly. All the flavors came together to make a superb bowl of comfort. A shout out to the server, CHUCK, who answered my questions and provided thoughtful recommendations. “If you want an authentic Taiwanese food experience I recommend you eat at Taipei. The staff at Taipei are so friendly and extremely nice. There is a wait but it is worth the wait and the wait was not long. I had one of the best food experiences here. The food was so good. I wanted to order so many other interesting things on the menu but it is lent so I ordered a fish dish. It was one of the best fish dish I have ever had and so worth it and this is coming from someone who grew up in Caribbean household. It was so good that my friend tried to eat all my food. I am looking forward to going back again to try the more interesting dishes they have on the menu some of which reminds me of my Caribbean cultural background. I love it here. ❤️❤️❤️“

“The Grapefruit Salty Cream over Grape Green Tea ($7.25) was good and refreshing, though I am not sure if they use fruit juice or fresh fruits. The cream on top also just looked like whipped cream when I opened the cap, but it tasted fine.

I feel like I got coaxed into paying with cash because it was empty. I didn’t see any signs indoors or in the reviews about the supposed $10 minimum as there usually are. Thankfully, I had cash on me, but a heads up for anyone ordering inside.“

“This restaurant is really awesome. I ordered a tom yum sort of thing that was way too spicy for me. The server was super nice and kept telling me I needed to finish all my food 😅. The food is good but I didn't order the right thing for me, but the service made up for it.“

“We went there for take out while waiting for emergency services for our pet. The worker was incredibly pleasant. We had minor allergies and he had no problems adjusting the food. It was fresh and delicious. Very impressed. Very pretty waiting area.“

“Came here with a friend out of town, and the service was amazing. Really attentive servers and lots of pre-bussing which I appreciate. My vegan ramen was delicious, and a good price for the combo deal. I also got the lychee cocktail that was very sweet but pretty good. Overall would come again!“

“The wait at first even though we had reservations was a bit of a rude awakening coming here however the owner gave us complimentary mocktails, and a discount to our meal, which made up for the long wait. The service was spectacular, Juan, our server started us off with crab rangoons, delicious. The environment was dark loud super good vibes. I loved my time here would come again.“

“The food was great. I got the spicy chicken rice noodles with soup. The bowl was bigger than my head and I got full half way through and took the rest home for dinner. The broth was the best in my opinion, very flavorful but not too strong. And lastly, their takeout containers is top tier, on my way home the container got tilted a lot and nothing spilled.“

“This place actually hits the spot. I really recommend crispy pork ribs with garlic sauce. That’s absolutely delicious. The hot and sour is a little too spicy for me but you can ask them to make it a little less next time. It was kinda random because we were just walking around Chinatown and walked past this restaurant. The Empress Chicken is a little too salty for me if I just ate it by itself. Recommend to eat it with white rice. Staff is pretty nice and helpful. The price is really good in this economy. Definitely come back and try other food🤩“

“Hong Kong Eatery is a Boston legend for a reason! I’ve been coming here for the most authentic Cantonese BBQ in the city. Their Crispy Roast Pork has the perfect ratio of fat to lean meat with a skin that actually stays crunchy. I also love that they offer $6 side dishes—the spicy beef tripe is a must-try. It’s been around for 30 years and still hits the spot every single time. Fast service, nostalgic vibes, and incredible food.“
