“After 3 days of lackluster customer service at car rentals, hotels and restaurants (the kind where you have to track down silverware and plates to consume the food that has been placed in front of you) our experience here deserved a fabulous review. From the time we were greeted, to being seated and on our way out the door late on a Monday night, the experience was marvelous! Our server, Nate made great recommendations and was enthusiastic about our order, unobtrusively kept the water glasses filled and had the delicate balance of checking on us mastered.The unexpected star of our meal was the roasted beet and faro salad, although the pretzel and poutine were not far behind. The food was so good we even forgot about the beautiful cocktails we were having. Although we arrived an hour before closing, we were never rushed. Two weary travelers were cared for, served fabulous cocktails and delicious food in a timely manner so that we could return to our room to get ready for a morning flight. Highly recommend this establishment.”

“i've been ordering from here for about 6 months. the food is unmatched. everything made to order. my usual order: pupusas, gorditas, chincharron. the pupusas are HOT, to the point where you cant even pick it up, it's sooo fresh, light, delicious. 10/10

and today i just ordered the sopa de camarones, i was thinking it was a small bowl and its a WHOLE big container, i'd say it's enough for 3 people if you pair it with the rice that it comes with (and 2 tortillas).

“We came for a conference here in Lowell and it broke out for lunch and thousands of people were looking for a place to eat all at once so it was super super busy and the line was long but the gentleman who was the server, the bus boy and everthing else all in one... did a fantastic job.. all with a smile and great service. The food was one of the best I've had in a Mexican restuaruant as well so I know the cooks know what they are doing. I can not get over how one man got everything done with such an amazing attitude. I hope noone complains about the wait because the service and food were outstanding.”

“I grew up going to Chili's and hadn't been in a while so I was so excited to visit again and satisfy my Molten Lava Cake craving. Service was super friendly and attentive and it was nice to see that the servers didn't seem miserable.

My partner and I split the Ultimate Cajun Pasta and a basket of six Chicken Crispers. This was way too much for the both of us as we also finished a whole basket of their free chips and salsa.

I didn't get a picture of the cake because I immediately dug in but I was so happy with my dining experience.”

“Not a bad place to load. I never have any issues with staff. Usually fast loading time. But the only thing is the tight back into a door off the street. Staff will help with traffic if you just ask. Traveling to this place if you want to driver side back into the door, I would recommend these directions; from US 1 south bound only take Carter st exit, make a right at stop sign, left at first light onto Everett st, follow Everett up to spruce st and make a right, follow spruce st to second light and make a left onto William st, follow that down to park st and make a left, remember to stay to your right on park st as it can get tight but trucks are allowed, follow park st to Hawthorne and make a left. Follow Hawthorne which turns into Broadway down to crescent Ave and make a right. This should set you up for driver side backing. Anything else is a blindside.”

Parking: Only a few spots (next to Ciao), but there's usually always a couple of open spots. Most people walk here.
There's also some metered parking a minute or two down the street by the park, or free residential parking by Chestnut x Williams St. intersection.”

Vegetarian options: The bean and cheese pupusas were fantastic!

Dietary restrictions: They were very friendly and willing to alter a plate to accommodate dairy-free for me.

Kid-friendliness: We brought 4 kids. They were really sweet to them.”
