“This is the best ice cream spot in Boston. All the employees there are super friendly, super accommodating, and always have a smile on their face! I go here regularly and the ice cream is fantastic. I absolutely love their Strawberry Cheesecake, coffee Oreo, and chocolate PB I think it’s called. 10/10 recommend you go and give them a shot! They won’t disappoint.“

“OMG, a hidden local gem. Amazing ice cream and very cute little candy store. Has the historical feel. I bet it will bring nostalgia to some people. The Matcha strawberry ice cream was one THE best Matcha I've had. The pistachio had real pistachio in it that you actually chew the nuts. The pecan maple syrup was disappointing. Just tasted bland. Unfortunately you can only try two flavors before making the selection (and I went for pistachio and pecan maple) so I couldn't try others. Price is really recent for the amount you get. Please be mindful that these ice cream contain ALCOHOL though, and there are limited non-alcohol options. Planning to come again to try their other sundaes and tea/ice cream floats. Would highly recommend!“

“In a city with so many well regarded ice creameries, Lizzy’s deserves way more credit than it gets. The ginger flavor here is absolutely incredible (one of the best scoops in the city IMO), and pairs amazingly with the chocolate orgy or Colombian fudge avalanche (both well worth eating on their own).“

“I have been going to JP Licks for years. I was telling the young lady who was serving us. That I use to come to JP Lick when I was in high school. And JP Licks was the only place that made me smile when I was happy, sad , mad or even upset. “The two workers there on 5/31 were super nice. Definitely ask for a sample if you don’t know what you want. I should note that everything is dairy free which was awesome to hear!
I got the birthday cake ice cream which was delicious and also a 7 layer bar which was soooooo good and also gluten free. Definitely coming back soon!“

“This place is amazing! I love all the toppings that you could put on your yogurt. I really like cookie Monster watermelon swirl with cereal, butterscotch, and sour crawlers on top. I sometimes add flakes of coconut for extra fun. I really thought that the cashier named Thalia was so nice, friendly and welcoming. I think all the people complaining that they didn't have enough $ need to lighten up on the amount of yogurt they take. And not blame the owner for wanting to properly run a business.“

“A New England institution - high quality ice cream in a rotating variety of flavors, available in cups or cones, with or without toppings. Recommend the Chocolate Fudge Brownie or Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz Buzz for an afternoon pick me up. Spoons are more eco friendly wood these days. Outdoor seating available on North side of the building.“

“It’s hard to come across gummy ice cream with give anymore — that’s how you know it’s made from the most creamiest ingredients but Ron’s does a great job at achieving this texture of homemade ice cream and the flavors taste amazing; particularly the banana and cherry vanilla.“
