“We recently hired Googans to cater for a celebration of life. We kept it simple with a cheese and veggie platter, sandwiches and sweets- finger food. Everything was absolutely delicious! People were raving about how good the sandwiches and desserts were. I absolutely recommend for catering and also to stop in their shop for breakfast and/or lunch. We were very happy with our whole experience with Googan’s.“

“My husband and I were driving by and stopped on our way to Maine. The breakfast sandwiches did not disappoint! I thought about their pastries for the whole week we were away! We drove back to them on our way home to Illinois, they helped me a pack a pastry to travel back home with. Two flights later I got to deliver my mom a Tiramisu cream puff!! Thank you ladies!! Yes, the coffee is excellent and the food is very good, but it's the warmth and hospitality of the owner, Bud, that has impressed us most. “How anyone could give this place a bad review makes no sense to me. You've probably already read from the other reviews that the staff is incredible, but truly -- they are. They are so kind and welcoming to every single person that comes in. Aside from that, the coffee is AMAZING! They have so many different flavors to choose from and you can customize any drink however you like (even if it's not on the menu). Also, the breakfast sandwiches... wow. Get 'The Stallion', just trust me. Prices are completely reasonable. Honestly, no other coffee place I've been to even compares. I'll be a longtime customer!“

“The bagels here are excellent, and everything there is at a great price point for breakfast food. I enjoy them just as much as Abraham's in Newburyport. I only wish they would open a little sooner. “My girlfriends and I stopped into this little diner on a whim, and I’m so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious (classic comfort food done right!) Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and our meals came out surprisingly fast. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier!! They treated us like regulars from the moment we walked in. You can really feel the heart and pride they put into their place. Definitely one of those hidden gems that makes you wish every restaurant still had this kind of charm and hospitality.
