He takes the time to get it right and boy does he pull it off. U in the mood for a grilled cheese sandwich made ur way? Come here u wont be disappointed.“

“We came here about a week ago for a belated birthday dinner. We have been before and always enjoy the food and service.

This particular evening, our server really stood out. Gabriel was outstanding. Had he not been working, we would have invited him to join us. He was professional but not robotic, great sense of humor, and clearly a dedicated hard worker. We would have enjoyed our time regardless, but we enjoyed ourselves that much more because of our server.“

“My dad and I ate here last night before a show at Academy Music. Akasia was our server and we loved her. Our food was the best meal we have ever had together in all of our foodie ventures and we wish it was closer so we could go back. The steak tips were cut in house and resembled filet. The scallops were so good we got a second order. The salad was delicate but really great. My dad got the salmon and he is very picky on salmon, but it was incredible and he was delighted we made the choice to go there. I wish the oysters on the half shell were bigger, but the rest made up for it. My dad is in a wheelchair and everyone was super accommodating. Akasia was on point and knew we had a time crunch and accommodated that and also took some nice photos of us together. Great mock-tails and atmosphere was a 10. Hopefully one day soon we can make it back.“

“My husband and I try to visit the Delaney House at least once a year. We went last night to celebrate our 6 year anniversary. Our server, Cali M, was great. She was experienced enough as a server to know to ask us if we were celebrating anything, and made it that much more special by bringing us complimentary glasses of delicious champagne. She had the perfect balance between checking in on us while not being over-bearing or making us feel rushed. The food, as always, was a 10/10 and we even tried new cocktails which were delicious. One of our favorite spots!“

The Culinary Arts Department at the Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School operates a student-run restaurant three days a week, Wednesday through Friday of most weeks, from 10:45 AM to 12:30 PM. The students, under the supervision of three chef instructors, learn every aspect of food preparation and service. There is menu service on Wednesdays and Thursdays and an all you can eat buffet on most Fridays, which is currently priced at only $15.00. The menu changes weekly and is posted online. This is genuinely one of the hidden gems of the Pioneer Valley.“

“We had our son's Rehearsal Dinner in the Amherst room on Oct. 23rd. Nothing short of amazing! Appetizers were plentiful and delicious, as was the steak, chicken and shrimp & crab scampi. Our server Karen was one in a million, she was two steps ahead the whole evening and a big part of the success shared by the wedding party. “The owner and the manager and waitresses were very rude very unprofessional.My daughter in-law went there 2 years ago said the service and food was great My son and daughter in-law and I went there on Saturday 11-8-2025 It was about 15 or 20 minutes to order then when we did order we waited over 1hour 15 minutes to eat the food was luke, warm. My daughter in-law bit into a clam strip and thought she broke her tooth she was afraid to eat anymore we had seafood the way it came out the food was saturated from the frying oil like it hadn't been changed in weeks I had coleslaw that had a fish taste to it like it was stored with open fish in the fridge we asked to speak to the manager when she finely came over she wanted the food my daughter in-law spit out in the napkin so obviously. the manager didn't believe her I ask to have her meal comped the manager left never came back I asked to speak to the owner eventually The owner came over was disrespectful rude and very unprofessional, for an owner of a restaurant. first of all, the kitchen was backed up.He should have been in the kitchen helping the cooks second of all he shouldn't have told me to get out of his restaurant the way he did.....“

I've never seen an omelet shaped the way you serve it, but again it was terrific on looks alone! You folks do a marvelous job.“

I was skeptical at first because you hear stories of the service not being as good. But everyone one there was excellent. The staff is efficient and the atmosphere was great. The prices are higher than your typical breakfast place but if you do the math of what you’d pay at other places plus a 20% tip the cost works out the same. It’s great to know that everyone is being paid fairly and the service and food is amazing. Overall a great place to visit! Ohh! Instead of a tip jar there is a jar to donate free meals! The vibe of this place is just amazing. Can’t wait to come back!“
