“We ordered lunch. She had the Tuna melt - Delicious!! I had the Garden salad with grilled chicken. Chicken was moist and also delicious. Salad was HUGE. Service was superb! Highly recommend.“

“My sister and I grabbed food from here before driving back home. We don’t have Honey Dew Donuts where we live, and now I think Dunkin’s bacon, egg, and cheese croissants will never be the same to me. These were SO much better! The large size of the cold brew was much larger than I anticipated, which is always welcome on a road trip. Also, where I’m from customers would have been so rude in a place that small forming a line. Everyone there was so polite and friendly. Overall a positive experience.“

“Dawn and Sharon are two great people with a great story. Their donuts are truly the best and their staff does a great job handling the hustle and bustle in the mornings. Definitely an asset to the area and I love the fact they have a donut truck. Thank you ladies“

“Who ever the kid is that works mornings at the Enon Street location in Beverly is very rude. I came into the store this morning when they opened at 430am. He saw me walk in, paid no mind to me and went off to God knows where. I waited 5 mins thinking he'll be back, NOPE!!! I walked out. If your not a customer oriented person, THIS JOB ISNT FOR YOU!!“

“Great customer service... Especially in the morning. The employee's are extremely friendly, helpful, and upbeat. You don't get that vibe like you're ruining their day by ordering a coffee like some other dunkin donuts I've been to. They keep the drive thru moving fast as well as the line inside.“

“I've been a customer of DD for 15+ years, but this location is a cut above the rest.
The staff is fantastic, coffee consistently excellent, and some of the best food you'll ever have at DD.
If youre a fan of DD, then definitely pay this location a visit, you will not be disappointed.“

“5 star for Dylan and Dylan only. Today the restaurant was filled with about 25 college students waiting for orders. Poor Dylan was the only employee working and was able to get orders out and maintain professionalism through such a difficult situation. Apparently his two other coworkers walked out leaving him on his own at one of the busiest times. Dylan deserves a raise. Not sure who the manager is but Dylan is a star and needs to be rewarded for his amazing work.“

“I love Dunkin. I go there too much. Everywhere I go in Massachusetts there's a Dunkin donuts. Honestly the coffee and donuts are usually mediocre. But the sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin I get is pretty darn good. The edges are crispy and fatty on the sausage.“

“I am a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ and everybody here is always so nice and polite, service is amazing, and the workers actually work hard and put effort in making the food and serving their customers. There was this one specific lady who is always smiling and giving the best service to me and obviously others. Her name is Hiba! She needs a raise she’s so sweet and always treats her customers with good intentions. God bless her!“
