“Excellent breakfast sandwiches!“

“The coffee ☕ is amazing. I had the Pumpkin Cloud Latte w/ almond milk and it was well worth it. I accompanied the latte with the Croffles + Ice cream and it was sinfully good. It was the perfect portion size and the texture of the croissant waffle was unlike any dessert I've ever had. 100% worth it! Not to mention that the great tasting food was accompanied by excellent service.“

“Rose matcha latte with almond milk was creamy and floral. Loved it. The aesthetics of this cafe is so nice and a great place to work remotely or study. Few seating with a few plugs and free wifi. There is parking on the streets in front of the cafe that is free for 2 hours on weekdays.“

Support your local small business, but be prepared to take everything to go because there are only 3 counter seats inside so not the kind of cafe where you can park with a laptop for hours.“

“Terrific atmosphere. Everything about the inside and the offerings, on paper, communicates a love of coffee and excellence. I will say, the pourover (both wave and v60) tastes bad. I'm can't tell if it's the roast or the brew settings/technique, but it would be a good idea to for the head roaster and head barista to dial in their settings. There are clear markers of specialty coffee in the cup, but the bitterness and grassy-ness are overwhelming and manifest as faults.“

“Absolutely loved this cafe. It's new and has a great clean ambience.
They do have a variety of specialty drinks - I will try this in my next visit, this visit I had an early grey tea which was served in a pot with loose leaf tea. Definitely an upgrade from the regular cafes with tea bags.
Their Colombian cheese bread was good, can't wait to try other things on their menu.

“So I went in there to heavenly this morning to pick up a couple of sandwiches. I left a review a few weeks ago about egg shells in my sandwich. I went in there this morning and by surprise I ended up getting a gift card for my review that I left about the sandwiches, I just want to say it’s very nice of them to give me a gift card to make up for the sandwiches. That’s how you’re on a business and I want to thank you again for doing what you did about that review great people and great atmosphere great manager she handled it well.“

“I ordered a cake from Muffin House Cafe for my thirtieth birthday and it was the best decision!

Everyone loved the cake! I ordered a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. The cake was so moist. One of the best cakes we’ve ordered. The design was exactly what I was looking for. Their inquiry system is quick and efficient. Great communication and reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend! Will order again. 😊“

“My coffee was really good (I ordered a cappuccino). The other real star is the sitting area. Comfy soft rocking chairs around a (gas) fire with big glass windows all around. Staff was also super friendly. The food was ok. Pastries mostly made elsewhere. I didn’t try a sandwich. I was here in April 2026, they’d been open 7 months. This is my new go to place when I’m waiting for Direct Tire to finish my car.“

These banh mi’s are served on fresh shatteringly crispy bread and they are filled with the protein of your choice plus jalapeño slices, cilantro, mayo and carrot and daikon pickle. I see some reviews complain about no pate but that is usually only in the cold cut banh mi. Staff are helpful and efficient. We got our food made to order in just a few minutes.“

“This is a really good Dunkin, there’s always seems to be plenty of parking, it’s never really too busy, service is good. I always have a good experience coming here. It’s in a really nice area so if you’re taking a break, you can eat in the parking lot have your coffee and right across the street is a gas station which always helps sometimes so yeah I would highly recommend this Dunkin’“

I thought the matcha latte I ordered was quite a bit chalky textured and not as tasty as the sandwich. “Really fast service. I ordered a peach cream matcha and it was really good. A lot of variety in drinks, a lot more than Gongcha's, and I personally prefer these flavors as well. The boba itself was really good, consistently sweet and chewy. Goncha and Kung Fu Tea are similarly priced, so it's up to you on which flavor or boba floats your boat, however I would choose Kung Fu Tea over Gongcha any day.“

“Very cute! It’s more of a decor store with coffee (illy coffee specifically + tea) served. There’s some small snacks available. I got the brown butter toffee late with oatmilk it was more tart from the tide but very tasty! No places to sit but the Waban hill reservoir across the street where you can walk around.

I order extra cold foam (it’s the best part) and they always deliver and make me feel so special! They are always consistent especially the group of young ladies there from like 6-2 on weekdays! “10/10 every time I go here. Today I got a chocolate chip muffin toasted with butter and bacon, egg and cheese on a asiago bagel and it was so delicious and worth the drive . I used to work in the area and would stop here every morning. I no longer work in the area but was craving it this morning and made the 30 minute drive. I’m SATISFIED!“

“Feels weird to give a Dunkin location a google review 😆 But, this one deserves it. They are open at 5am every day and are one of the ONLY DD locations ever that never messes up orders. It’s also surprisingly nice inside! I can personally say of hundreds of Dunkies this is the best location I’ve ever been to, and I’m grateful to have it close to home.“
