“Local cafe with solid food and laid-back vibes.Visited for a quick breakfast this past weekend. Being our first time in this town, it seemed like the only breakfast option apart from Dunkin. The menu offered a wide range of sandwiches and salads, and we chose the salmon bagel sandwich and the SEC croissant sandwich. Despite the cafe being bustling, we received our order within 10 minutes and enjoyed our meal at one of the patio tables outside.The bagel sandwich and scone were fairly basic, but the sausage egg sandwich and peanut butter smoothie were enjoyable. While the food and drink menu seemed a bit pricey for the location, we definitely didn't regret choosing this spot over the other alternative.

“Went here for some snacks during my visit. Not a huge selection on the baked goods but good enough variety that it didn't bother me. I went here because it was a gluten free option and I need that for my allergies. I had a red velet cupcake, and a sweet heavy cake plus a fruity pebbles rice crispy treat my husband had a cookie but he didn't care for it but I loved everything I had! He did loved my fruity pebbles treat! It looks so clean in here and the service was nice the guy at the register was fast and pleasent! I highly recommend you stop here if you need gluten free treats!

“Delicious food!! Like wow the tots and the sandwiches are next level. Pepper jelly and homemade garlic bread made for a real good day. Busy but cool vibe as well in there. And I need to try a loaded croissant. They were busy but my only complaint is still just how long we waited for our food. Even our drinks too. It was like table service restaurant wait times. But still worth it in the end with how tasty it is“

“Today Sandpiper provided the food for my niece’s wedding shower. I can’t say enough about them. Everything was ready when I got there for pick up. The staff were great and very helpful. The guests raved about all the food: croissants, scones (beyond belief!), cinnamon rolls, quiche, salad, cookies, cold brew... Sandpiper scored a bunch of new customers today. “I highly recommend this amazing place to anyone who loves homemade delicious food and amazing down to earth people! My family and I found this place last year on our way home from our vacation in Rockport and we have not stopped thinking about it since! We finally were able to come back this year and it is just as good (if not better) then I remembered it being. The homemade blueberry muffins are a must but you really can’t go wrong with anything on there menu! The outdoor sitting has the perfect amount of shade and we love watching all the cars go by while eating our food. I can’t wait for our next vacation to Rockport so we can go here again!“

“How anyone could give this place a bad review makes no sense to me. You've probably already read from the other reviews that the staff is incredible, but truly -- they are. They are so kind and welcoming to every single person that comes in. Aside from that, the coffee is AMAZING! They have so many different flavors to choose from and you can customize any drink however you like (even if it's not on the menu). Also, the breakfast sandwiches... wow. Get 'The Stallion', just trust me. Prices are completely reasonable. Honestly, no other coffee place I've been to even compares. I'll be a longtime customer!“

“We recently hired Googans to cater for a celebration of life. We kept it simple with a cheese and veggie platter, sandwiches and sweets- finger food. Everything was absolutely delicious! People were raving about how good the sandwiches and desserts were. I absolutely recommend for catering and also to stop in their shop for breakfast and/or lunch. We were very happy with our whole experience with Googan’s.“

“Large menu selection and the food was good. Gets very busy during lunchtime.
Only complaint that I have was we ordered our food and coffee, they told me they were brewing fresh coffee and would take 6 minutes.
Took much longer than that since the machine had an error and no one told us about the problem. We finished our meals and then asked what happened to our coffee and they then noticed that the coffee machine did not brew.
Small complaint, but was annoying with poor communucation with customers in a timely manner.
We will go back though.“

“Very reasonably priced museum cafe! The tables are in the airy, beautiful atrium. The quiche portion was small, but the sandwiches and falafel wrap were tasty and a good value. (Photos include a Turkey BLT with no veggies, falafel wrap, and quiche). They have lots of drink choices as well.“

“What can I say other than magical?! We were fortunate enough to host my son’s 11th birthday party in the back room (The kids loved the secret hidden entrance through the bookcase). Tons of great games for all ages and the food was fantastic! Literally everything we had was gourmet quality and up to my foodie 11 year-old’s standards. Yes, the coffee is excellent and the food is very good, but it's the warmth and hospitality of the owner, Bud, that has impressed us most.
