“My sister and I grabbed food from here before driving back home. We don’t have Honey Dew Donuts where we live, and now I think Dunkin’s bacon, egg, and cheese croissants will never be the same to me. These were SO much better! The large size of the cold brew was much larger than I anticipated, which is always welcome on a road trip. Also, where I’m from customers would have been so rude in a place that small forming a line. Everyone there was so polite and friendly. Overall a positive experience.“

“The Honey Dew on The Lynnway in Lynn Mass has the most wonderful staff. I usually go to the drive thru they always have such a pleasant attitude never mixes up orders. I always get what I want and done perfectly. When I come around and pay they are so respectful and always happy and smiling. They made me a fresh pot of decaf coffee and apologized to me. I was happy to wait for the fresh coffee they could've given me the old coffee but they didn't do that.“

“Easily one of the most chaotic Dunkin’ visits I’ve ever had. The manager spent the entire time berating employees over a ticket machine, openly insulting them in front of customers instead of leading. Even worse, she tried to influence customers to talk down to the employees as well, calling them “stupid”. The toxic environment was impossible to ignore—employees looked miserable, and the inappropriate behavior between them was shocking. I’m just glad my kid wasn’t with me to witness it. Those employees deserve better.“

“Great coffee! Delicious breakfast sandwiches, donuts and pastries! You can sit down and watch what ever game is playing on the TV's! Or you can even read on of the books or newspapers they have! They are in a high traffic area so it gets VERY busy in the morning and mistakes do sometimes happen - but they fix it quickly with a smile and I enjoy stopping there on my way to work. Lots of great people there. There is a dunks closer to my house (of course, we are in New England), but this location really strives to make it right. All my best to those who have to serve customers who have not had their coffee yet, this team does an amazing job.“

“LOVE the new renovations and amenities [charging tables] floor plan is much brighter and more open feeling. Service from regular crew [Hassan, Paige, Cindy, and a few others] is TOP NOTCH!!! From time to time you get some random employees [not certain of the rhyme or reason to this] as well as what appear to be 'other management' [other than Hassan]. “5 star for Dylan and Dylan only. Today the restaurant was filled with about 25 college students waiting for orders. Poor Dylan was the only employee working and was able to get orders out and maintain professionalism through such a difficult situation. Apparently his two other coworkers walked out leaving him on his own at one of the busiest times. Dylan deserves a raise. Not sure who the manager is but Dylan is a star and needs to be rewarded for his amazing work.“

“All depends on which DD's you go to. I'm usually happy with the service. I went to one I believe it was a traffic circle in Lynnfield. My order was wrong. I didn't realize it til I drove off. I couldn't go back. But lesson learned.“

“Well I started with a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a English muffin. This was piping hot and oh so tasty mine was minus the egg. I also got a berry breeze in lemonade refresher this tasted epic. We also got a Boston cream donut and a jelly donut these were also very nice. Speaking of nice I had investigated this dunkin before leaving the hotel and they did something called Snackin Bacon. It's supposed to be 8 strips of bacon in a bag but I got loads of little pieces in a bag. Please beware this item comes out to
temperature/cold lol. Don't let that put you off, my strips were amazing so tasty, it's bacon 🤤 covered in maple goodness. 🤤 🤤 Oh I also ordered some hash browns. You get about 8 little hash browns bites in a bag nuff said really.

I was hungry it had been a long walk from our hotel which was in the middle of no where for walking really. Highlight of the visit was my refresher drink and the snacking bacon.
The staff were absolutely lovely. It was very quiet when we went but loads of people ordered in advance walked in picked up there food and drink off the shelf and left. Very popular place. Oh yeah almost forgot wicked music playing on the speakers in the shop, was some Metallica while I was there 😂. Nice clean toilets too. Only 1 toilet each m/f but very spacious inside.“

“Just this morning I placed a mobile order at the Walnut location in South Hamilton because I frequently order from there, but I was actually in Manchester by the Sea at the time and accidentally did not switch the order to the correct store. Ooops 😬 This has never happened to me before, and I realized the mistake only when I arrived at the Manchester location.

The Manchester team was incredibly kind and immediately helped by comping my order (cappuccino and donut) by direction from management, which I didn’t expect and really truly appreciated.

The management team here is spectacular. We have known them for years and they go above and beyond: they keep the Dunkin store in Manchester-by-the-Sea running very smoothly even on the most crowded days and they are very customer focused. Of all the Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to this is really the nicest one in terms of freshness, quality, friendliness, location, management, and customer service. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟“
