“6Nice strip mall location and easy access and ample parking with a pleasant staff and well stocked store. I am a serious loyal customer with the best coffee on the planet, period. I cannot stand Starbucks because they have always gone out of their way to produce a blend that tastes burnt or like you watered down your cheapest espresso, ick. I got my first taste of coffee before I attended first grade. It was at my Granny's house when she was alone with me and on the very rare occasion that she was tasked with babysitting little ol' me. (I was a real task too) Anyway she wss genuinely old school (born in 1886) and she would tip her coffee, made with heavy cream and sugar, into her coffee saucer for cooling and sip it out of the saucer. I thought the sound and the face she made was funny, and I giggled every time she sipped, and she finally asked if I wanted to try. I don't know if she expected me to be grossed out but just the opposite happened, I loved it!!! Long story short by the time I was 8 years old i had worn my my folks down and they were allow me to order coffee in restaurants. (don't judge them plz) So I have been a coffee fanatic most of my life and that includes having my coffee shipped to me at different location I've lived over many years. (when my fav coffee was wasn't local) I stopped adding anything to my coffee when I was still in school so drinking black coffee makes it a big deal to get the blend and the brew just right. Gloriously this Dunkin has exactly the perfect blend and brew and they make it a great stop because they're pleasant and professional with an immaculate and fully stock store. It's all good here!!!“

“Went in for breakfast today and picked up the cake for my fiances birthday. They were super busy, but the staff got everyone through quickly. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches were tasty, loved the bagels. We cut the cake tonight, it was moist and delicious. I barely got a pic because my sweetie was so anxious to cut into it. Thank you!Second visit was just as amazing. I had the Hot Cubano and strawberry paczki. Highly recommend!“

“These are the best donuts hands down And I've had donuts every where and out of state My son makes me try donuts everywhere I've eaten donuts that cost double your price and yours were better Prices are great I know they use good ingredients I've worked in Food and field so I understand the quality.“

“I had the pleasure of walking into Ziggys after trying to find fresh doughnuts other than your dunkin and honeydew processed ones that are everywhere. The prices are fantastic. The service was great. Even ended up sitting and having a chat even though it was going to be in and out. They do cash and card. The doughnuts were amazing. Will be there more often when time allows. It's so close to where I work on the water there in town.Parking: There are 2, 15 minute spot out front. Other than that other street parking is by permit but if you are just grabbing and going you should be fine.“

“my boyfriend and I didn't know what to order early this morning but the woman at the drive thru was doooo patient and nice, she took her time to really help us :)she mentioned the iced cappuccino so I got that with pistachio and when we got to the window, she was even more friendly!! she was really excited for me to try it and wanted me to try it in front of her so I did! “My only complaint was how small the building was. If people are coming in to order you're all up on whoever is sitting down eating. Food was absolutely fantastic. I got a steak eggs and cheese bagel, and an iced latte. We don't have a honey dew in indiana, I enjoyed.“

“This place is unreal. The manager Marie along with Cherish and the rest of the crew made our holiday. My son and I cant do Xmas this year so instead we had some money saved and we both like Dunkins so we placed an order there. A couple coffees along with two wraps and a dozen donuts. We got the order but the outside of the box had a message they had ran out of donuts. We opened it up and they out did themselves. We got a variety of 9 donuts along with munchkins and a couple stix donuts. This was way better than the dozen i wanted . They pulled it off and made us very.happy. Score is 100 stars“

“I only go when there's certain flavors available pumpkin and now I discovered churro syrup.. great staff absolutely love Gina she makes my coffee exactly the way I like it. “I can't remember young lady with hair but she made a phenomenal ice coffee I said 2 times she needs a raise. All the folks that worked there was wonderful. I had a few munchkins and was happy ? with this location extremely clean and great music.Dietary restrictions: I'm happy this coffee ☕ place finally offers almond milk. I'm lactose intolerant and I ask for extra if not might as well order plain black coffee.“

“Who ever the kid is that works mornings at the Enon Street location in Beverly is very rude. I came into the store this morning when they opened at 430am. He saw me walk in, paid no mind to me and went off to God knows where. I waited 5 mins thinking he'll be back, NOPE!!! I walked out. If your not a customer oriented person, THIS JOB ISNT FOR YOU!!“

“The young man working at the drive thru was super polite and nice. He had such a great personality. At this location, you drive to the window to order. We were greeted and thanked. (Which nowadays, I feel like drive thru often forgets) The young guy was patient with us as my sister and I was ordering a bunch of drinks and food before we drove up to Maine. He even told us about a better deal on our drinks. He just had an aura that made us all smiled. We need more people like this. Our peach ice teas were delicious. The mac-n-cheese was lighter on the cheese flavor but still tasty, it came out super hot, so becareful!“

“Love this place. The sandwiches are great. The coffee is great and the employees are damn hard workers. I stop every shift I have. Literally ALL of the people who work at this location do a great job.ALSO! The landscaping!! Holy cow the landscaping! PLUS 10/10 sunrise over the water.“

“Extremely friendly staff. They are in a high traffic area so it gets VERY busy in the morning and mistakes do sometimes happen - but they fix it quickly with a smile and I enjoy stopping there on my way to work. Lots of great people there. There is a dunks closer to my house (of course, we are in New England), but this location really strives to make it right. All my best to those who have to serve customers who have not had their coffee yet, this team does an amazing job.“

“Just witnessed an irate customer who was very self entitled trying to berate staff because they made her coffee wrong, then she demanded they re-make it twice because they used the same sticker on the new coffee and customer thought they dumped out half the original and didn’t really re-make it.Staff then showed customer the old coffee which was still on the counter.Staff were very patient with this oblivious and angry customer who should never go out in public again“

Quality of help and friendliness of patrons, young and older make this a favoured oasis of the North Shore. Each person is treated as special here and by other merchants. “Great coffee! Delicious breakfast sandwiches, donuts and pastries! You can sit down and watch what ever game is playing on the TV's! Or you can even read on of the books or newspapers they have! The employees are very nice, and they will engage in a conversation with you, and make you feel at home! Definitely my goto place to get coffee and breakfast sandwiches!“
