“I absolutely love coming to this Dunkin' location! It has quickly become my go-to spot to grab a snack and enjoy a quick, relaxing break. The store is always spotless, spacious, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.
What truly makes this place special, though, is the incredible staff. The employees are always so warm, patient, and genuinely kind. No matter how busy they get, I am always greeted with a big smile, and they go out of their way to make sure my order is absolutely perfect. You can really tell they put a lot of care into what they do—my frozen drink today was crafted perfectly and tasted amazing!

“This is a really good Dunkin, there’s always seems to be plenty of parking, it’s never really too busy, service is good. I always have a good experience coming here. It’s in a really nice area so if you’re taking a break, you can eat in the parking lot have your coffee and right across the street is a gas station which always helps sometimes so yeah I would highly recommend this Dunkin’“

“Me and my husband was on a road trip from NYC and we stopped in the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot there was a young man Justin or Justine on his break he overheard my husband saying what he wanted the line was long he returned from his break when I got to the counter both coffee was made to our perfection amazing and we tipped very generously“

“Gorgeous shop, and they did take card for just one donut 🍩(other reviewer says they don’t ), but it was a LONG wait for one donut (maybe 15 min, and there were only three people. It wasn’t a long line).

Did not feel like a sustainable way to do a donut business to fry and dress the donuts for each customer on the spot.

They were tasty, but they did come in a tiny wax paper, which meant I couldn’t save it for a friend (which was my intent). The frosting smushed right into the wax paper. A paper bag would be better.

“it’s a dunks so the food is to be as expected, but i just wanted to give credit to the people who work here. the mgrs and their team always seem so well communicative and do their best to always get stuff out to people as quickly as possible, even when there’s a big line. i come here almost every morning and appreciate how friendly they all are. glad to have this dunks so close to my house“

“Its a very convenient stop at Big Apple to grab a coffee. The employee at the Dunkins counter who works many afternoons, Immanuel, has been offering excellent customer service. He is always pleasant & thorough, gets the orders correct every time. Great on the register. Even when busy, he makes sure to update & take care of everyone waiting. “I live 2 minutes from this location and I used to drive out of my way to avoid it because it was horrible. But they have had new management for a while now and its done a complete 180°. This has now become my favorite dunks. The staff are friendly and accommodating, they even remember my name. And every meal/drink comes out wonderfully. My puppy loves it there too.“
