“This is a really good Dunkin, there’s always seems to be plenty of parking, it’s never really too busy, service is good. I always have a good experience coming here. It’s in a really nice area so if you’re taking a break, you can eat in the parking lot have your coffee and right across the street is a gas station which always helps sometimes so yeah I would highly recommend this Dunkin’“

“I absolutely love coming to this Dunkin' location! It has quickly become my go-to spot to grab a snack and enjoy a quick, relaxing break. The store is always spotless, spacious, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.
What truly makes this place special, though, is the incredible staff. The employees are always so warm, patient, and genuinely kind. No matter how busy they get, I am always greeted with a big smile, and they go out of their way to make sure my order is absolutely perfect. “Its a very convenient stop at Big Apple to grab a coffee. The employee at the Dunkins counter who works many afternoons, Immanuel, has been offering excellent customer service. He is always pleasant & thorough, gets the orders correct every time. Great on the register. Even when busy, he makes sure to update & take care of everyone waiting. Being left alone there often times, he handles everything really well. Great employee.“

The footprint is fairly small with a small parking area and a tight drive through. The small interior has just a few tables. The counter service is reasonably friendly and the coffee is served hot.“

“I live 2 minutes from this location and I used to drive out of my way to avoid it because it was horrible. But they have had new management for a while now and its done a complete 180°. This has now become my favorite dunks. The staff are friendly and accommodating, they even remember my name. And every meal/drink comes out wonderfully. My puppy loves it there too.“
