“Cookie Monstah is an ice cream shop that originated from a food truck, now having roots across Massachusetts. This location is based out of Needham, located in a mini mall area right outside of the town center.

The staff are friendly and make orders quite quickly, even when it's close to closing time. The place is kept cleanly, and the atmosphere is nice and has a decent amount of seating outside.

The ice cream is pretty good. It's good in shake form or as regular ice cream, though the prices are a bit expensive. The flavors are pretty good though and it isn't too expensive. Definitely would recommend trying it if you're in the area.“

I believe this is a small, family owned business: they are always attentive to your order, they will even call you to confirm if you want a specific topping or not! We stopped by just in passing, on our way to visit a university — and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be!

What truly made the experience special was Mónica’s service. She was empathetic, kind, and patient — qualities that are becoming rare these days and that we deeply appreciated.
