Rhe meatballs with taiasted bread is a great app. But the Margherita & Bianco pizza were amazing. The dough, marinara and chesses were top notch.. Highly recommend their 🍕.“

We loved being able to share and sample so many dishes, and each one was a masterful balancing of herbs, spices and flavors. The service was also top-notch. We can’t wait to return! “Decided to walk through Allston on a grody, misty afternoon and look for some food. Walked in by chance and at my SO’s insistence that we give it a look. I loved everything about the aesthetic, and enjoyed the soft music playing in the background. Being able to choose the ingredients I wanted - knowing they were organic and that they looked more than delicious raw...that was the absolute best part. The gentleman at the front was supremely helpful and answered any question thrown at him - by anyone in the shop. The price was more than worth the amount of food received, and the care extended to us as guests was wonderful. I absolutely would recommend anyone to give this a try. Don’t hesitate to ask a question, you will definitely get an answer. :)“

“I can’t stop thinking about the egg cheddar I got. I eat eggs almost every day and this is one of the best egg and cheese sandwiches I’ve had. I love the spicy touch of the harissa, what a great addition.

“The wait staff is incredibly friendly. We heard the onion rings were heavenly. We were not disappointed. However the salad we ordered and shared was one of the best salads I have ever tasted. I think it was the Hot Cold Chicken Salad. Absolutely delicious! After 10 pm the sandwiches are half price and they all looked delicious too!!“

“What I meal. Would love to go back and try more options. The best I thought was this porchetta flatbread with heirloom tomatoes and pesto. The meat melted in your mouth basically. Everything else was great including the seafood pasta special, mushroom pasta and roasted veggies. Couldn't pass up on the roasted fig ice cream either which was also spectacular.“

“First visit today, although we live somewhat in the neighborhood and I am already kicking myself for not having got here sooner. Red tabbouleh spicing was very punchy and vivid. Allspice in the stuffed grape leaves make them worth coming back for, not something I think I've ever said about stuffed grape leaves before. Most unforgettable was the red lentil soup with its soft rich velvety texture over two or three layers of different delicious flavors. Great first impression, can't wait to go back, solid A leaning toward A+.“

“My favorite, # 1 bakery in the Boston area. I've been coming here for years. Lots of, lots of love for this place and folks. ❤️❤️❤️🫶 Their breads and pastries are simply the best. It’s the kind of bread that takes you straight back to your grandma’s kitchen.

Not only is it vegetarian, but almost every dish can be made vegan, which is just amazing!
I had the vegan version of the breakfast burrito and it was super tasty, especially with the roasted Brussels sprouts on the side ,so good. I wasn’t crazy about the slightly sweet sauce, but with a bit of salt and their hot sauce it was perfect.
The waitress was so sweet, and the whole vibe was a 10/10. There’s so much more on the menu I want to try, so I’m definitely coming back!“

The service was tops and quickly. Friendly and kind, but language barrier. Is an issue. I spoke English and Spanish and no one understands anything? I’ve had much better in oriental de Cuba, which is NO LONGER in JP.

“Great food but lately El Jefe's is taking a hit on bad reviews due to @GrubHub's poor ordering system with algorithm issues which I have brought to their attention, and seems they still haven't fixed since I placed an order months prior. On 3 separate occasions on the same date and time I received my order incorrect. When I compared the order from my GrubHub account against the receipt received from El Jefe's, it was determined I was missing many items from my burrito bowl. I contacted GrubHub in which they kept refunding me, and I also mentioned the issue. I ordered El Jefe's 2 more times and the same error occurred both times. I could see once they mess up the order due to reading it wrong but not 3x. El Jefe's only puts an order together based on the ordering slips they receive from GrubHub, so if something is off with GrubHub's ordering system that is what the restaurant is receiving and thus creating the order from. As much as these food delivery services are ripping off these restaurants, they got a nerve to make the restaurant take accountability for their mess ups and ordering errors. They're already scamming these vendors out of $$$ and continue to affect these companies in a negative manner. Time for these vendors to go back to the old delivery ways and cut the greedy middle man! These good delivery services are a total rip off with their high fees, whacked discounts that don't add up, and lack of customer service.“

“I was excited to find this restaurant. I am severely allergic to nuts and fish and they are nut and fish free in their Brookline restaurant! The food is delicious, the wait staff are so nice, and I didn’t have to worry about my allergies! Highly recommend.“
